I've been told from some that was in prison with her (well I can't validate that because this was on another channels video on this topic) apparently that shes found God ans he talks to her now haha. But a lot seem too. Like maybe she did but yeah nah mate he don't talk to you

@@KarleeM76 frankly, I think for her, developing schizophrenia is more likely than receiving revelations from God. Her upbringing sounded very rocky and that visible caused her to develop a fragile psyche with an alternate view of reality already

My dad worked with her and he said she gave him the creeps. She had a habit of just staring through people with a dead look on her face. That was back in the 80's.

She's obsessed with church etc. She is a snitch.. she doesn't get along with anyone else except the guards and she's EXTREMELY manipulative with them...and she's good at it. Her family want nothing to do with her. She doesn't get visits or anything. Although I believe maybe the youngest son might accept mail from her.
I know the daughter wants nothing to do with her because Katherine said so.
She is VERY creative though.

She only really associated with the guards and chaplain etc. The girl's don't like her. She snitches on the girl's for every little thing. Even things she does herself. So no, she's far from popular. She's extremely manipulative with the guards. She's actually moved from Dillwynia to Silverwater, Dillwynia is medium security. How she worked that, I'll never know! But she definitely knows how to play the system, and only associated with people who can help her.
Woow I've been in a toxic relationship with a narcissistic man. I left him about 3 months ago and have been tempted to go back to him and then I hear your "this is your sign" warning and makes me think twice about it! Especially since this man has even "joked" about killing me over a dozen times. Thank you I needed to see this!💜

Hi, I actually meet Katherine whilst she was incarcerated at the woman prison, at the time I didn’t know who it was, my friend (who was spending time, forced vacation) introduced us, stating that I read all the books, she looked at me put her hand on my shoulder and stated “sweetheart don’t believe all you read” and smiled ... still shakes me a bit, she just looked like a normal older lady.

I think you would call her criminally insane. Katherine may have hated men so much, after listening to her own mother, that that’s why she was so abusive to men. She’s in prison with women, so perhaps that’s why she’s so well behaved.

You told this story so well! I'm Australian (now living in the US) and I remember this happening. Australia doesn't have a lot of crimes, particularly murder but when there is one, it's the most disturbing story ever! I'll leave a name with you, Anita Cobby. It's by far the most disturbing murder in Australian history. I was 6 when it happened. I remember my mother's reaction to the perpetrators guilty verdicts and sentences.
I too, am Aussie live in USA! Oh yes Anita… omg at Blacktown! Not saying the where i lived, but not far from Blacktown and that area where that poor darling girl was found!

@B Blanchard Oh, hush. She clearly said that she wasn't making excuses. She just sees the obvious correlation between extreme abuse and criminality. People respond differently to trauma, but the correlation between severe trauma and violent behaviour is undeniable.

I was abused SO MUCH growing up and I never killed anyone or tried to kill anyone. I did suffer from childhood post-traumatic disorder for 25 years until I was able to confide in a dear friend who happened to be a psychologist and she helped me start to heal. Today, I still have anxiety issues but I've been able to live a relatively normal life, got married, had a baby, the whole kit and caboodle. So the fact that she was abused as a child is only a factor in what SHE chose to do to her partner. It was her choice and her choice alone.
@@therealmccoy9687 It really doesn't sound like you were damaged as much as some people are. A lot of people that contract Covid-19 have mild symptoms--and a lot of people die. Same virus, different results. It doesn't mean those that died CHOOSE to die; while those with mild symptoms CHOOSE to have mild symptoms. There are various factors involved. Like Vi Haze mentioned, people react differently. The brain is an organ just like the lungs and throat, and how a child's brain develops depends in part on genetic factors. People like Katherine need to be locked up to protect other people, but you aren't God so you can't be an accurate judge on her degree of culpability; no matter how above reproach, you(obviously) believe yourself to be.

when I was still using I was in a physically abusive relationship with a boyfriend who has since passed away. I totally understand the dynamic of coming back, I did after multiple times of being punched, cheated on in my own bed, in my own car, when I was homeless, the list goes on. It's so hard to get out of these kinds of relationships but if anyone else sees this; it is absolutely possible! I have 4 months clean to the day today. You can do it if I can, I promise.

I’ve been in an extremely abusive relationship as well, to the point of being hung upside down over a 8th floor balcony. He slept with my good friend, he said she “needed to know what it felt like to be with a real man.”
He would drive around until he found me, dragging me to the car, by my hair, and beating me for days. It was horrible.
I’m so happy now, I realize it wasn’t love, from his side at all. It was an obsession. It’s hard to get out, but not impossible. But you’re right, if we can do it, others can too!

This sorta reminded me of the Joel Guy Jr case that recently went to trial. He dismembered both his parents for cutting him off financially (I believe he was in his 30s) and they found his mothers head in a stock pot on the stove still simmering, and the rest of their body parts were in those big plastic tub containers. Ugh. And he sat in court emotionless, and actually seemed entertained and interested when they showed the images on the court screen. Anyway....love you, Christina! This is gross, too, so proceed with caution-! So, over 20 years ago I worked at a funeral home for a little over a year. During my first couple of weeks there, I would smell Burger King almost daily, so I would complain saying whoever was bringing BK for lunch should offer to share, I loved whoppers! Finally, at the end of my second week, the funeral director got tired of hearing me saying something so he took me outside & showed me crematorium & told me that what I was smelling was fat burning off of human bodies! I was so grossed out that I have NEVER eaten a fast food burger since! (Ever!) Ugh...

I don't normally comment but I had to on this one. Most people go back to their abusers because it's familiar grounds and while away from the abuser they stock up on their emotions and truly believe they will be okay and that they love the person. John knew she was dangerous but still couldn't let her go. So disgusting of what she did to him. So sad for his children. She is where she belongs and in my opinion she would kill again if provoked and let out of prison (Familiarity) Love your videos and keep up the great work. love you sweetie and yes I am a grandma, mother and wife and find some of your videos very disturbing but cannot get myself to stop watching. According to my mum's friend's sister she said she knew the family of John, apparently the death of John price really scared his brother that bad his brother took his own life. Feel bad for the parents who have to bury two sons

Jessica H, I’ll never understand why clinically diagnosed depressive people can’t get it through their think heads, that alcohol (a DEPRESSANT) is a horrible idea for folks whom are depressed. I get addiction, and how it’s an addiction that many find they can’t stop. What I’m talking about, is even that fist initial drink, knowing you’re taking a depressant, while you know you have depression. Like, what are they thinking? Two negatives make a positive? Very frustrating and confusing.
@@joliemaples8576in my defense I was 7 the first time I drank, and I was 14 when I started drinking regularly, I wasn’t exactly thinking laterally and didn’t know i had manic depression, and later, I wasn’t thinking logically I just wanted to pain to stop

My 3rd cousin, my mum and her siblings grew up with her. I really love killer psychology but this always reminds me to reign it in. This still effects family, the whole female Hannibal Lecter thing is very sensationalised and lifts her higher up almost. She destroyed lives. Great video though, you got the details very correct. I watch all of your videos, I love the way you retell the stories. Your personal touch on this one, made me cry. I kept going from one abuser to another.
