Lil tip...while you have your DEF injector out, do a DEF injection test and check your DEF pump pressure. Pump pressure should be around 130. A faulty pump will result in poor atomization causing the injector to stream and fluid to build up in the scr. Could possibly save you a misdiagnosis of a faulty injector. Ask me how I know...lol
I really enjoyed this video. I broke my yellow clip replacing my def doser. I was working it down and snapped. Had to use pliers to pull the two sides out. Can this be replaced and if so where can I get it? Thank you.
You can buy it from diesel laptop but it going to cost more, you can buy it straight from diagnostic link and it’s a yearly fee. The cheapest option is pirated software for about $200

@jross7277 I'm not for sure, I haven't broke one yet. But, I would ask freightliner if they have the clip or maybe someone will chime in.
