Another great video! All of those cups were soooo cute!!😍You’re always so thorough and helpful! I just receive a mug press this weekend and my daughter and I made mugs. Here come out great but I need practice. So happy I found this tutorial cuz I have some infusible ink and I can’t WAIT to try this!
Cricut Mug Press JUST came out in UK so I’m here for some expertise!!! Not only do I get that AND a very helpful template (thanks Angie) but there is definitely an ASMR aspect to the way you apply and remove sticky tape!!! 😂 🤣
Very nice. So many options. To my eye, having some shapes along the border edges looks so much nicer than the straight lines. I haven't actually drawn with my cricut yet, and i have been meaning to. I can't remember if I have infusable ink markers though. This would be a good project to do that with. I like your friends mug. I am planning on doing a sisters mug. Angie I love your channel. I do have a cricut mug maker. My question, can I use the technique of pens on regular paper and then cook it and put an infusible wrap around it. Have you ever tried that? I have a picture that I want on a cup but I don't want a WHITE cup. Do you have any ideas? Thanks. Wendy
Hi Angie, New to the mug press and making mugs. I have learned so much about infusible ink for mugs. You explain every step so well. I am trying to make the Cat mug ,the project on design space. It has 3 colors and the instruction said to slice/set. In your 2 color mug you cut out the Purple Heart separate from the main pattern, and placed them inside the cutout space Can I use your technic for the Cat mug, it has 3 colors. Or do I have to slice/set. I don't know how to do the slice/set. I would appreciate your feedback . Thank you,

When you use the infusable ink pen do you use cricut design space to draw your design then send to cricut xx
Yes. You would put design in Design Space and send to Cricut. You can hand draw as well as long as you do it in reverse.
Silly question maybe but does the mugpress have to stay connected to my computer to work? I just got this thing as a gift YAY! TIA
Not at all. You just connect one time to register.

Yea they have changed things. Try searching in projects for mug and filter for free.
Can you draw a design with the infusible ink markers on laser paper and cut on the cricut and use like that in the mug press or do you need a sublimation printer?
Yes you can. Infusible Ink markers are a form of sublimation.
Hi Angie, as always great video, my question is, is it best to use the lent remover over alcohol to clean the cups with?
Cricut recommends a lint roller.
Thank you your video is very informative.
Please do wine glasses or tumblers??

Do you have a video on using the Joy to customize and draw one of the designs for the mug wraps using the Cricut infusible ink markers? What kind of paper do you use for the markers and then apply to the mug?
Just use copy paper. I don't have one specifically for Joy though.
Can you do the infusible ink sheets first with a design then do the same mug with the infusible ink pens?
I saw someone press twice on IG so looks like it!

Hi. Great video. The link for the mug design setup isn’t working anymore. Can you help? Thanks!
