    Very interesting topic. I'm a black man, very humble upbringing, but have spent my entire adult life living in the suburbs and in management roles in my profession. I don't see this as being an "issue" that would impact any promotions or stigmatize a BW. If she conducts herself appropriately, and dresses appropriately I think it's a non-issue. The same way a large breasted woman would have to conduct herself, professionally (i.e no cleavage showing). In my opinion, the biggest obstacle I see that BW need to overcome, especially in the work place, are easily corrected (i.e. tattoos that are exposed, fingernails that get in the way of them efficiently doing their jobs, and accepting professional "critique" w/o making it a personal situation).

    • @knowEgo
      @knowEgo 4 месяца назад +2

      So you don’t have an issue with excessive wigs and weaves, crazy lashes and makeup? Also tattoos are not easy to cover up with many of them having tattoos on their necks, forearms and hands!!!

    • @purplecornerproductions3219
      @purplecornerproductions3219 4 месяца назад +3

      @@knowEgo I agree 100% about the tattoos, that's why I included it in the examples I gave, as being an "issue" in the work place. Tattoos on the neck, hands etc are not conducive to promotions in a professional setting. As far as the wigs and weaves, I personally do not like these either. However, in the context of a professional work setting, I don't see the "extreme" versions of the wigs & weaves as I see in the social setting. If a woman did wear these hair styles at work the likelihood of her being considered for a promotion would be very, very minimal.

      I have a similar experience. As long as the dress and demeanor are professional, people can’t help the body they were born with. That being said, there are plenty of women that have major issues with other women because of their beauty or body. I’ve seen it. It isn’t pretty.

    I call it "Gluteocentrism". You focus on the rear end at the expense of the spirit. I compare it to blonde hair in the white community. It may seem attractive in the lower-class white community but in the upper class, you're seen as a so-called "bimbo". I think that's why women like Marilyn Monroe, Anna Nicole, and Jessie Jane suffered so much. Films like Legally Blonde tried to combat that stereotype but there's no "Legally Big Butt" movie for black women.

    Yall don't want to be thin though. The essential invisibility we get; the jokes. Some black women won't even work out because they don't want to "lose their (insert thick body parts here).
    How important is the "privilege" of constant sexual attention?
    Why would this conversation not apply to women who are not trying to date out? I know I've seen black men online parroting "feminine, fit, and friendly." Is that only the red pill, manosphere BM or is it bs?

    • @genovasquez8361
      @genovasquez8361 4 месяца назад

      Feminine, Fit, Friendly is only the START. Its not end all be all.
      Thats why i never simplify it like that.
      Because i dont care about how fit, feminine and friendly you are if you have children, if you have a bunch of tattoos, if wear a bunch of weave in your head.
      i prefer slim or skinny women, but since im black man i will still sleep with sistas who have a big butt, who are bbws and even sleep with white girl or midgets. Because i fetishized them. Not that their are preference. I like sleeping with goth chicks or emo chicks. But thats not my preference just a fetish.
      I tell men, Get Muscles, Get a haircut that women like, learn how to be articulate and charismatic. But thats not all
      With sistas you still need edge and swagga. But yet and still thats not all. Just a start.
      i tell men losing weight and getting a six pack will increase your options. But its not the only thing that will.
      Black men mostly prefer skinny women, especially when we get older and start wanting more than just a FXXXX
      In highschool we chased after thick girls just more cushion for the pushing. But after we get our issue off we lose interest and dont any more.
      i have literally made love to a slim woman for 3 to 4 hours straight no breaks. an i can climax multiple times. The only woman i ever married was a slim woman.
      Dont get me wrong thick women are cool, but most thick girls got a fupa or muffin top and that turns me off. I have to be really turned on and already in the mood before even being around her to sleep with her, an once i climax once i lose all interest, i dont want her anymore for a week or two.
      But a slim girl i can go ten times a day. Slim, Slim thick, or Skinny. All three of these women i adore, i dream of in my sleep, Not thick women.

      4 out 5 sistas are overweight or obese
      70% of sistas are single mothers
      ONLY 27% of black women are being married.
      i think there is a correlation if not albeit causation between the marriage rates and body weight of black women. There are other factors.
      Like Redpill Kevin Samuels said: Fit, Friendly and Feminie. But he also stated Being Cooperative.
      sistas inability to be in Cooperation with a mans operation. is another reason for lack of marriage rates

    I remember in the early 2000s when the videos changed and it began to show women with less clothing and bigger butts (rap videos) Even in middle/high school I would say I wanted to get my butt done when I grew up but then I went to college and got older and guys were interested in me without a big booty at that desire began to fade. I started to understand "I was not my body" It was more to me than that. Now I don't think a woman being naturally curvy holds her back because I am curvy, it is about how you as a woman carry yourself and dress for your body type. I remember seeing Buffy for the first time in the Tony Yayo video and all the boys at school were in love. Being that she started out with being Buffy with the Body..in some spaces it's hard to transition out of that but that doesn’t mean it can't be done. Well
    Its not customary to talk negatively about women in general.
    So i say that to say,its not polite to call a woman a loser,call a woman a dud etc.
    Let alone call a woman a loser or dud who is or was a woman who is somewhat famous, attractive ,well known for whatever reasons.someone people want so badly.then u can start to het into the inside of people and go past their surface and esthetic and what u see with the physical eye,down to the real person.then people could begin to understand who a person really is and what they are really about.women often fake,front, hide etc and never get down to a real and hinest truth about themselves or in their personal lives so it will hard to do that with the public audience and then they will be perceived as a fake an all for show.
    See, attraction for women and beauty is supposed to automatically net them/land them a guy.not only just any man,but a man who would luv,adore, cherish,marry,give his life for, sacrifice for,go to limits for etc all things women are supposed to covet and really desire in sex and relationships mating and dating in life.
    So when everyone can now judge and see where that person is at in life,what they talking about,what they currently doing,what happened to u etc all these questions because u was that one.u was or are currently the one that attracts and who people want.so who and what did u choose 🤔 and who did u choose to do it with? people expect people who actually attract to actually get the things that people who don't attract or cant attract on the other persons level really get.
    Basically,a woman who can attract so much is supposed to get the life of marriage family and kids quicker and easier than a woman who cant attract or struggles in that department.so the question is where is buffy or any womans (show off life) for all that attraction and popularity 🤔?where is her man,her kids,her family,her home etc. or are all that is left for people to see her as is to always discuss her booty 🍑 🤔?she is known for her butt and everyone is either past that or still lusting it.its more interesting to know what all that fame and popularity got a person who was or is actually famous for something.wether this video is old or new ijs and talking how people think and judge people in general.

      Their music is selling because of the mentality of the modern woman. Sexy Red and others represent "female empowerment" to young black women.
      We know it is not empowerment but young women do not listen to men nor older women who speak sense.

      Wouldn't read too much into it, you can find white guys that like pretty much anything. I'm black and when I started hanging out with white guys I was introduced to some of the most bizarre preferences and fetishes. If you can imagine it, there is a group of white guys dreaming about it at night.

    All men love sundresses b/c we know that the women adorning them are either going commando or thong. To cover the butt is one thing whereas controlling it while walking is quite another especially if their glutes & hamstrings aren’t toned. Apple Bottoms jeans didn’t fail so the only issue is upon the ambition of the woman who’s highlighted in this video. #KryptonianAccontability

    Even though BM desire women with an hour glass shape. What attracts us even more is a woman with a shape like that and kind and respectful. But I do recognize those women problems.Other women can be jealous of them and also some people can assume all of them are conceited. Now to be fair what I’ve noticed are the women that are built like that most of there life are used to the attention such as Buffie they try to hide it. The women that has the body now but didn’t have it before is the ones that always want to flaunt it. In summary it’s definitely a gift and a curse because it also can garner you the wrong attention as well. Ladies definitely have to be careful.

By the way how many people are different so there's nothing shameful about it is the fact that you need to tone up doesn't mean skinny because these are giving European talking points because they don't have it and you do nothing wrong with being thick thick it's how you dress 👗🥻 that's what you keep skipping over
