Thank you for posting this here. I first started watching your videos about 3 yrs ago early in my wig journey. Currently, I’ve learned new eyeshadow applications. I’m 74 yrs young and have loved wearing makeup since the 1960s. It feels like watching a good friend as she goes through life challenges and transitions 💕

Would you talk in the future in trimming brows? I used to wax in the day. Now I thought I was loosing my brows. But I do think the ones I have need a trim. You look marvelous ❤

Oh and I am sooooo excited to try this eye look. I can copy exactly this time as I have that palette now! 🥰 You raved about it so much I had to try it and I'm so pleased I did. I loved it so much I also bought their Purple Heart palette and more recently their Nude palette. 😍

@@JillLynnBeautyTherapy I think the Purple Heart one could have done with replacing one of the shimmers with a matt dark plum as the berry shade is more of a mid tone, but the quality and pay-off matches the Attraction palette. The Nude palette is said to be an I Need A Nude dupe and is as gorgeous as the Attraction palette. I think you'll really love that one. 🥰

Remember less is more with our makeup. I ALWAYS use a sponge but I put on a little at a time. Then my sponge has very little makeup on it but leaves the airbrush finish.

Hi Clara! Yes....they LOVE their new backyard! It's even nicer than the other one, and safer since there aren't big scary dogs on the otherside of the fence! haha!

Beautiful makeup application (as usual), Jill. Loved the blending of the eye colors. I recently purchased Huda Beauty loose "Cherry Blossum Cake" pink powder - seems similar to your Bobbi Brown (still getting used to how to apply it...I notice you did not use yours to set the undereye area, but used yours for an overall airbrush face finish...maybe that's the best way to go with these powders!) Jill, you are Gorgeous! Iam 74 and the day after retirement I stopped wear makeup, no bra, and no nylons what a Great day, 12 years ago. Well, I want to start wearing a little makeup and I guess I wanted someone to help me with that. Not to much but I look like crap, pale. I am lucky that I was blessed with good genes from my family. I know this is long but I wanted you to know that since I have been watching you I have more of a handle on appling my makeup. Can't thank you enough, I love watching you. Next, I think I might get a wig, my hair is getting a little thin.
I do have one question, what was the name of the finishing power you

Wow, I can relate to a lot of this Joann! I’m 73, am in the process of trying to update my look and use make up more effectively. That Lamoura pallette Jill recommended is great and so affordable! Better than my Tarte one. I also have very fine thinning hair with loss have spent a lot of money on wigs that I haven’t worn, but I am really going to try to move forward with that! We are not alone!🥰
Hi Jill, quick question about helper hair, does it make your head feel warm/hot? If yes, is there a brand that is better for this issue? I am interested in helper hair but am worried it may make me feel too hot especially in the summer. Thanks!
Yes... they definitely can. However, it all depends on the cap of the wig. The machine wefted ones allow a little more ventilation versus the hand-tied caps. With that said, in the warmer months I transition to toppers because I don't like wearing full wigs during the warm months.
