I share what I have been using lately for my morning skincare for my aging skin, what I use to shave my face with every single morning, along with my obsession with a natural line for teeth and gum health that safely, and naturally whitens & brightens. For sensitive teeth, I use Fluoride-free Tom’s of Maine “Rapid Relief” per my dentist, and it works great. For whitening, I use regular hydrogen peroxide with my toothpaste for 2 minutes once per week (no more than that!!), being careful to rinse thoroughly. Once my teeth are to the preferred whiteness, can maintain once per month. Safe, easy and it works!

You look so young! Thanks for the shaving information! I hate having peach fuzz!! Great points about the bacteria and not using it for anything other than your face. Sensodyne has helped me so much with my tooth sensitivity. They also make a whitening Sensodyne. It works fast and does not hurt. I am able to use an electric tooth brush with it, which was not the case before.

For your teeth, try oil pulling - swishing with coconut oil for 15-20 min. It works wonders! My dentist always comments on the color of my teeth. I started doing it a few years ago when I had a minuscule cavity. It reversed the cavity!!
Wow! I would have never thought you were over 50. My guess was late 40’s. Everything you do just looks natural and makes you glow.

Thank you for sharing about shaving your face. Due to hormonal upsets I have had to shave my chin and moustache area close to 50 yrs now. I thought I was the only woman on the planet having to do this as depilatories and waxing really bothered my sensitive skin. You have made me feel better about myself. I do enjoy them, but looking at them through my esthetician eyes, and from someone who has worked with professional, active products for many years....I don't think the price reflects the formulations as absolutely lovely as they are. However, it's not just about actives that makes a lovely line...it's the experience because THAT is what is going to help one to be consistent. I think that is what I love and connect with regarding the Korean and Japanese skin care philosophy. Make caring for your skin a true joy...make it a self care ritual and enjoy the textures, smells, and how your skin looks and feels. Consistent use of a line like Tatcha will definitely do a lot of positive things for over all skin health without a doubt. 😄

I have very sensitive teeth as well with weak enamel. To help whiten my teeth as well as treat my gums I rinse with half hydrogen peroxide and water before bed each night. It does help!

Do you have a video or can you show how you get your bangs on Top Billing to look like yours does in this video. I purchased this and mine doesn't have any poof. I am afraid to do anything without you explaining what you did. This was the whole reason I purchased this topper. I need some volume on the front. But afraid to start putting heat on it. Hi Kathy, Mine just came that way. Didn't do anything really ....other than finger style them, and a little hairspray. It is frustrating, because there have been many times where MY piece didn't do something that I loved when watching a review. Don't be afraid to take a hot air brush (always spritz a little heat protectant on first) to the bangs..forcing them to go under...it'll give some poof. Let it cool though before working with them. A small tip. Because you have teeth sensitivity as well as I do; I numb my mouth with Anbesol or another toothache cream then I put the white strips or whatever I have to do orally and it's a painless experience. Great video. Thanks for having a channel for people my age.

Just now watching this video. You can use just plain old coconut oil, I have Trader Joes brand, to whiten and brush your teeth. Also a technique called PULLING is another technique. FYI ❤

Face shaving is awesome! I've been doing it for a while. Need to be more consistent though.
Love the look Jill, as always, very pretty. I have never shaved my face, but i have seen other people do this, always afraid of my hair coming back darker. Also, really like your toppers, I'm letting my hair go gray, and i don't want a solid grey topper, because i do have some white in the front and the solid grey would take away from that, plus I'm still dark in the back. So nice. I love those colors on you! I have been wearing my Top Billing too (you reminded me I had it!). I think I will start using those little nylon bands (I have them) because anything bulkier drags on the hair. I have been looking for a longer topper with mono/lace, but I haven't found a good one. So, instead, I am going to use one of my human hair extensions up under the back clip of the topper and get more length (and volume) that way. Yours came out perfectly, really invisible. I am going to try that Lumineux line since I have sensitive teeth (sensitive everything). Thanks for this, Jill!

Good morning 😃. I’m relatively new to your channel and am loving it! By the way, Idole Lancôme is my new favorite 🤩 mascara! I was wondering if you have any experience with eyelash extensions. . . Those individual lashes, not the old fashion FULL lashes. I have almond shaped eyes and have never worn eye makeup other than a liner and was wondering what you think of them. 😊 thank you!
