I decided against Invisalign because anything I can take out I will not commit to. I am getting ceramic and I think it will be a good option. I am applying for jobs and I want to be able to smile with confidence.

As stated in the video, Invisalign is quite costly. If budget is an issue, you might want to consider other options. You can discuss it with your dentist to see if there's an option that'll fit your needs and budget.
I literally got told opposite today that metal are more the Invisalign’s. I personally don’t want Invisalign’s because I would rather have my braces on throughout my full treatment and not have to put them on and off.
Is it okay to have lingual or incognito braces on the upper teeth then conventional braces on the lower teeth? And will it help fix asymmetrical face if it is two different type of braces? Btw i love your videos😊

@@Steffi5376 fast braces is a kind of braces which take almost half a time of traditional braces to correct the position of the teeth. For instance, in my case traditional braces would take 2 years to straighten my teeth. But changing to fast braces it’s only take 6 months to change the position of the teeth. I hope this make sense. You can check for more info on yt. But the info is little to no.
I’m actually unsure what fast braces your referring to, but to be frank, the speed of treatment really are case-dependent. Fast or slow, what is important is that your teeth can be aligned well while maintaining the teeth & gums health!🤗

I have been using damon braces for 8 months, my case is I had gap beetween my front teeth the teeth next to it and couple gaps in my lower teeth Now the all gaps are closed except very small gap between my left canine teeth and the molar next to it When I said to my doctor that I wanted to stop wearing it and start to wear a retainer she refused and said it will be a problem if I take off my braces because there is still very small one gap, honestly I don't bother with this tiny gap because it unseen but my doctor insist to continue wearing braces I don't really trust her, she is really money oriented, even she told me to visit her every 2 weeks when I have been told that damon braces don't need that much visit So my teeth is very fine the tiny gap is barely seen, it is fine if I take off wearing it ?
You do realise that the medical profession including orthodontists are in the patients’s employ, NOT the other way around!! If you want your braces off, tell her to take them off because she is in your employ!!
Hi Dr. Kayla, I recently got metal braces but I hate to wear the tiny rubber band on both sides of braces. It brings so much pressure in my mouth and cause me sunken in face. Also I can’t talk Precise with it. Do you think is ok to wear those rubber bands during night time only? My Otho would say if you don’t wear them it would slow down the process of treatment. Every orthodontic case is different, for me, my bottom teeth are very severely overcrowded. Would conventional braces be the best for the tight spaces? @@victoriamarfina9819 Yeah you do have to clean your teeth after every meal, but you do not need to brush them. I got my aligners when the virus was spreading so i never got the chance to wear them at school, and you have to clean your aligners after every meal too!

I noticed with a few of our bondings we get small welts (bonded attachment is smaller than attachment size on template) with our attachments, we use a more flowable type of composite - I'm thinking maybe if too much pressure is applied to tooth during curing, the flowable gets pushed down and becomes flash vs filling the full size of attachment. Does this make sense? What are your tips? I watched some videos and noticed no one else pushes on facial / buccal to cure attachments - I'm thinking we should stop pushing on attaxgmena during curing. Thanks so much! -RDA, OAP.

I think the metal bracket braces cause it make teeth pretty cause of the colours by the way I have the golden light braces its 5000 dollars

Those are TADs and it is usually used as an Anchorage tool! The use of TADs are case dependent 😊
