got teeth extractions with braces. was rlly hesitant at first bc ive heard all the complications and negative side effects from premolar extractions. i got them done anyways and i think its for the better. my side profile has greatly improved, i think you should do extraction if your overcrowding is very severe and you have a protruding jaw bc it wouldn’t flatten your profile drastically but rather it’s helpful bc i used to have the mouth of a monkey 😂
