STOP!!!! Please don't ever use a rattle gun to install the grab rail bolts. You run a very real risk of over torquing them and loosening the captive nuts in the tank. Next time you come to unscrew the bolts they'll just spin, and then you're screwed. Quite a common issue on the 690. Anti seize on the bolts too. Lovely bike you've got there;-)
Excellent vid mate, thanks for sharing. A few more days until my wings pipe arrives here for mounting on my new supermoto. Will use this as a reminder for a quick install. Totally agree with your comment about spending some time with your bike and really enjoy upgrading it! 😄

I wonder if there's still a problem with the gas tank melting? I read somewhere that one can actually melt the gas tank :-O and the stock exhaust is one of the reasons for that. (it was on KTM 690)
+SUMOCAT I remember seeing a melted tank once - this was entirely due to an incorrect installation of the can. But they weigh a ton and are way too hot.

+Air Doctor Any thing is better than the stock pipe. Wings is titanium, Leo I think is aluminium, I think the Wings look a bit better, There are people out there that talk about more power, you may pickup a bit but i don't know that it that much. R theses first world problems enjoy the process.
+Cameron Dalley Iv just had a look they are titanium. I have a mate who has just had a Leo V put on and it was a bit of a cock around to get it to fit on his 701 the wings as super easy

yes it comes with grabs (holders) and foot pegs for a pillion passenger. It goes will with a pillion
