Yes I tried this a couple months ago and only made it too day 4 that was also about 30lbs ago😅 glad I I kept up and atleast attempted all the workouts

I have been in a low place recently, the stress of my studies, the pandemic has been taking a toll on me. These daily yoga videos have helped me so much. My anger is decreasing each day and I am more happy. This is just from the yoga, normally I do workout and take daily walks in nature. Last year I started doing your pilates videos after a big abdominal surgery, it had the same effect on my mood.

This was such a powerful and challenging flow and I loved it! My shoulders and hips felt a little bit sore from yesterday’s flow, but after a while it kinda melted out of my body.

Wow...all i need was this yoga routine. I'm in 14 days journey, I always thought that i need more leg stretch to be more flexible but no, it was this core focused yoga. This is the only channel i watch to do yoga, i'm overweight so i can't keep up sometimes but i do my best!

I have finished the 14 days, and I am at day 7 for the second time. Decided to up my challenge and do 2 videos per day. My muscles are sore and I love it. Thanks for all the variety and different body work everyday. It is very encouraging.

i have been working out for a bit and I think my abs are strongish. I can usually do most core exercises, but after doing this last night, I woke up with sore abs. I love it!😊💖. I have been practicing with you for almost 6 months now and you have brought my Yoga practice to another level. I wish I could do all difficult poses so elegantly and effortlessly , like you. Apparently I have noodle arms, too. Couldn't make it work, my arms didn't make it threw. Had to pause sometimes in childs pose. 😅✌️ But working threw frustration is the best teacher for my mind. 🙏💖

I have to say that it isn't you. I would say that i have rather strong arms and shoulders (6 years of aerial silks..) but I couldn't work through it. Don't blame yourself! Maybe try to do some warm up beforehand, might help

This was hard, but I completed it. There was a lot of stopping and starting, and there was one exercise I had to modify, but I'm proud of myself. I've been working out regularly for a month, and I can see the differences. I don't think I would have been able to complete this workout a month ago. Thanks, Juliana!

I revisited this class remembering it slightly differently boy had I realised what I was in for I would have missed it thinking it was so beyond me so I was surprised to find that I was able to achieve it and modify only on the second lot of repeats - I am thrilled even though more work to be done my shoulder areas are pleasantly stiff 2 days later so it feels great this is a keeper thank you Namaste

My Dearest Juliana, have found your first videos like 4 years ago. Went through a lot of exercises with you. This is my new journey.... yoga and streaching one. Have a lot of stiffness in my body and would like to work on that. This 14 days gives me the biginning of a new journej.... I would like to continue it. Got your mail yesterday about other programs however I would like to continue this one.... which shoul I choose? You are talking about questions that you always recive even you give a lot of explanations.... they always will arrive.
