    I have gotten rid of tooth sensitivity with neem toothpaste and daily for 10 mins applying powdered or tinctured black walnut hulls to my gums and teeth. Black walnut is supposed to halt cavities and rebuild gums and teeth due to its high mineral content so we will see.
    Oil pulling can remove fillings in your teeth- be careful!

  • @elisasmith1609
    @elisasmith1609 11 месяцев назад +29

    Apparently neem oil helps receding gums grow back and remineralizes teeth, building back enamel. Internally taking neem supplement helps gums grow back too.
    Black walnut used in mouth breaks down cavities, is high in minerals and builds back gums and teeth.
    For gum infections swish silver colloidal in your mouth several times daily for 10 mins each time, plus swish lobelia extract several times for 5-10 mins daily. Can also take olive leaf extract and/or goldenseal and echinacea supplement. Can also apply clove oil on gum infection (nums pain, anti inflammatory). Can also apply goldenseal/echinacea tincture to gum infection.

    atAround the beginning of lockdown, I experienced tooth pain. I knew a root canal was unavoidable. Outside of emergency dental I couldn't schedule an appointment in Los Angeles. With the covid 19 nightmare coupled with leg cramps, I decided to try supplements. Magnesium 1000mg daily, D3 5000 IU, and marine collagen. Oddly, I intuitively bought calf liver.
    I was eventually X-Rayed and scheduled for 2 root canals. That was 2 months ago. I'm 100% ok. No tooth pain vanished.
    Along with the supplements , I prepare liver and onions once a week. I was thinking that was key until I watched you drop knowledge! You're great! Thx

    I have 2 small cavities that need fillings. I think the cavities have passed through the dentin, but still I didn't let the dentist fill them. I did lots of research in the past that teeth can heal with nutrition, so I wanted to try it first to see if it really works before I go in to these fillings. I've cut out all sugars and grains, also nuts and coffee. My diet now only consists of eggs, salmon, vegetables, raw milk, bone broth, meats and liver, and butter and olive oil for cooking. I do oil pulling, take 1tsp of fermented cod liver oil X factor butter oil, vitamin d3 5000UI, vitamin C, and magnesium/calcium supplements everyday. I also brush with homemade toothpaste. I have to wear a plastic retainer at night, and I hope it won't interfere with the healing process.
    I'm now on my second week of the protocol. I'll give it 2-3 months, but if I don't see any improvements after that, I'll just go for the fillings

      @@marycoleman4301vegetarian isn’t healthy at all, but vegan can be. Vegetarian makes you deficient because you are still consuming dairy products. And people who consume the most dairy products are the ones who develop osteoporosis.
      It’s because there is more acidic in dairy than any other food. Especially phytic acid. And it not only prevents the absorption of the calcium from the milk but literally causes calcium to be pulled from the bones. Dairy is completely and totally bad for people to consume.
      You would have been better off eating a meat and plant based diet and cutting out all dairy.

    hey, something I learned recently is that if you breathe or sleep with your mouth open, that lowers the pH of your saliva creating tooth decay. That figures with me as I needed many fillings as a child while I was mouth breathing. The cure for this is to practice nasal breathing during the day and at night, practice mouth taping to force nasal breathing until it's natural (or some people just carry on mouth taping). I thought I was nasal breathing during the night but I discovered when taping that my mouth was coming open

    Listen up , all these ppl trying to help maybe do but on a small scale.. listen to me i went to the dentist and he pretty much did all he could to maximize the bill. After that i said never again . 20 years later i go see the dentist only for cleaning . And now i do that myself . I have all my teeth except for 1 wisdom teeth gone. I didn’t get it pulled . It fell off by itself naturally and pain free. This is how you avoid a dentist forever . Step 1 buy a spin toothbrush the $60 one is 👌 when you brush grab a cup and sit by the T.V. and relax on the sofa . When i started doing that i brushed for 10 minutes or more and time went fast . Now here is the final step . Step 2 gargle with hydrogen peroxide mixed with water . Dip the toothbrush in it and gargle then brush with it on the toothbrush. You will never see the dentist and your teeth will never fall off. I promise you . One day i had pain in my mouth . A big tooth in the back was loose and i was in huge pain. Nothing i did helped because i was using stuff to make the pain go away however it was infected . My mouth started to swell . You think at this point the dentist is your only solution . WRONG i grabbed the hydrogen peroxide and went to work with it. Used less water than normal and put some in my mouth angled a lil so my tooth is submerged in the peroxide. Waited then spit repeat process. I did that a few times a day . And used it for the next few days. That same night i went to bed the pain was gone . Swelling went away and in a few days my tooth hardened back up . I killed the infection down in the root . Today that tooth is in my mouth its hard and clean , not 1 problem since . All infection on teeth gums around all teeth everything comes right off . No scrapping plaque off needed with dental scraper . Nothing . My teeth are white strong and all there but 1 . im over 50 years old way past that . Come on you can do it💪💪💪💪💪 dentist money making machine , fillings products all garbage 👎👎worst elusion in the world . A Dentist

    Thank you so much Doll for sharing this eye opening info and for being brave enough to share knowledge that goes beyond what the average practitioner shares. Most of them don’t address mineral deficiencies and replacing vital nutrients and vitamins to help the enamel and restore. Btw I take this issue very seriously since my Mother died of a tooth decay that went to her brain. And I’m needing to address the same issues. Of course I’m a fighter and a medicine woman so I did serious research. What worked like MAGIK for my pain was chewing on CLOVES. They seem hard at first but just gnaw gently and as it mixes with your saliva it becomes a paste that will just sit right on that cavity. It literally NUMBS the pain like nothing over the counter. Then I began brushing with a mixture of sea salt, baking soda, tea tree oil and clove oil (EO). After, I would swish with the same concoction in water. Then of course coconut oil pull. After that I didn’t have the nagging pain. It still bothers me tho and I do have to stay on top of my routine. But I know how to control it now. Every time I feel the nagging sensation I just gargle and oil pull and it stops it. Now the next step would be to do as you ya e instructed pretty lady. Thank you soooooo very much. And plllleease keep sharing. God bless you and yours.😉😘

    • @meatman3128
      @meatman3128 3 года назад +1

      @@lucadenver cod liver oil has an extremely high amount of vitamin A. Cod liver oil doesn't have enough vitamin D to go with Vitamin A there is too much Vitamin A Vitamin A is synergistic with vitamin D meaning they work together. You need vitamin D if your taking cod liver oil or else you can end up with health problems because of vitamin A toxicity otherwise known as Vitamin A poisoning. Its only a problem if you don't have enough vitamin D and vitamin K2 since vitamin D and Vitamin K2 Mk4 version work with Vitamin A. Vitamin D absorbs the Calcium that you get and Vitamin K2 Mk4 version puts the calcium into the bones and teeth where it belongs and Vitamin A is needed to recognize the calcium. You need vitamin D and Vitamin K2 Mk4 version if your taking cod liver oil.....Both are on amazon

      @@lucyb4835 It's okay! We all get them. I'll give you some steps to slow down the cavity
      1. Wake up in the morning. Before you eat anything brush your teeth. Then take coconut oil and swish it around in your mouth for 20 minutes. Brush your teeth again after and then gargle a mixture of hydrogen peroxide and mouthwash. The ratio of hp and mouthwash should be 3:1. Then you can eat your breakfast and after that brush your teeth again. Right after lunch, brush your teeth AGAIN and then set aside a bowl. Put in 3 tablespoons baking soda, 1 tablespoon mint extract, 1 teaspoon of your toothpaste, 1 teaspoon hydrogen peroxide and 1 tablespoon of coconut oil. Swish in your mouth for 30 minutes. You can watch your favorite TV show while doing this. Set a timer. After dinner brush and floss. Then, cover your cavity completely with baking soda and go to bed. Repeat for a week but go to the dentist as soon as possible, but if you can't go to the dentist yet these are the steps to follow!

      i had an underbite too. orthodontist said i had to get one of the 4 lower incisors out so that the braces would pull the jaw back while the adjacent teeth moved into the gap to fill it in (that's a physiological response to gaps in between teeth, the teeth tend to move towards the gap to close it). i was only 15, could have no opinion on it. had the tooth taken out. looked horrible for a couple weeks bc it is the front part that shows when u speak so a gap there was kinda rough to go to school with. until my teeth filled the gap like it never existed in the 1st place. lower jaw moved behind the upper jaw. underbite solved and faced no issues whatsoever afterwards. only difference is i just have 3 lower incisors and not 4. nobody even notices. i'm 21 today, everything still perfectly normal with my jaw, bite, teeth etc. i'm glad i had this procedure done. and it only cost me a tooth that has 3 identical brothers, so it actually cost me nothing. i was sad for a day over losing a perfectly healthy tooth, yes. but on the 2nd day after the extraction i was fully over it. it's just a tooth, you will get over it sooner than you think you have 31 more teeth. just my experience. discuss with your orthodontist.

I used to eat foods too high on phytic acid and my teeth used to look thin with lots of brown spots and looked quite transparent on some areas, now they are a lot more white and are actually wider (i have less gaps between my teeth!), i did the before and after picture and was surprised.

      I didn't do what was mentioned in the video. All I did was floss way better (super duper important), use a Waterpik and fluoridated toothpaste/mouthwash. Flossing is the most important thing you can do for your teeth. No whole foods diet/supplement will replace flossing. My xrays before and after looked better.

    i heard about using colloidal silver for treating cavities as it is a bacterial infection. will start the protocol today, twice a day plus oil pulling and active charcoal tooth brushing. hope my cavity goes away soon. will give an update.

      hello there, thanks for your comments. well i have a hard time keeping up with the protocol honestly, i have sugar cravings and i really need to change my diet also, so it is not that easy. still fighting. what seems to work best is coconut oil- oil pulling. The pain goes away my teeth feel better. plus i had to quit coffee as it is too acidic and it supports the cavities. I interchanged coffee for green tea, which should also help against cavities! i'm thinkin of going to the dentist soon and get some drilling done if it won't go away soon :\ i hope you guys have a stronger will than me :D good luck!

      @Mike Jones yes i tried, it didn't seem to work much, maybe it was not strong enough (40ppm). however, i found that the coconut oil was more powerful.

    I have two cavities that have gone below the gumline. One of those teeth is now so sensitive, I don't chew on that side of my mouth. I'm guessing it's from the decay. Should I get a filling in that tooth and the other one which isn't sensitive yet but could be heading that way? I still have other cavities I need to heal. They are all on my gumline where I was trying to avoid gum recession.

      @@anusingha88 yes, do not ever wait to fill a cavity that is below the gumline. i learned the hard way. so what happens is you can get a root canal instead! it's not worth the risk. the bacteria travels and once it hits the pulp, you are doomed. i didn't get the root canal but i came close. and i still can't chew on one side of my mouth but that was due to a sprained tooth (biting something the wrong way plus grinding, i think) and then when they did the deep filling bc it was below the gumline, it hurt my tooth even more. i had to get multiple xrays to make sure i wasn't infected. i think with how healthy i am, i avoided infection. had i known that the bacteria then can get into the root once the cavity is below the gumline and you may need a root canal, I would have never waited to fill that tooth i was told that i did reverse one of my cavities but i was so freaked out about that experience, i filled ALL my cavities. i didn't follow this protocol 100% bc i follow medical medium. and he's against fish oil due to mercury.

    Nothing refills a cavity and grows back gums! Believe me I tried everything - and I mean EVERYTHING! - then I went to see a dentist. My advise - go to a dentist now - because if you wait because you are trying to avoid seeing one - GO NOW - because it will be much worse when you finally do go!
