    Hello, Guys❣
Bob, you're looking healthy & happy!
My chiro always has to adjust my neck and I've always thought there was a problem in that right shoulder blade.
I'm going to give these a try. Thank you, Brad & Mike. You help this viewer all the time!👏👏👏👏

Oh, my stars! I slept in a twist a few nights ago, and right my neck and shoulder have been so painful. I tried the stretches as well as placing my arm on a pillow. The pain is already less!

Y’all neck pain from depressed shoulder can be disabling. These tips are gold. 2 and 3 are my favorites. 4 is such a simple and passive solution. 1 is easier to do modified like Brad was showing. Definitely try them all ✝️👍

First, Brad's skeleton-themed socks get a shout out. Well done! I used to have a job where I sat for hours and hours staring at a computer screen. I never had neck pain, but I wondered if "sitting was the new smoking," that is, long term bad. I found after retirement (and this may be peculiar to me) my neck no longer permits me to lie flat. I have a slight, pain-free upward curve, which of course when seated is a downward-looking curve when seated that corresponds with computer use. Outside of a mild curiosity, this is nothing to me, effects nothing I do and is not a factor except when someone says "lie flat" in an exercise class. Well, as "flat" as I can. I like these tips and exercises.
