This is my first comment ever on youtube, and all I've got to say is, Dave and John on are Beasts! Watching their Sat leg sessions never fails to get me pumped up and psyched for my Mon. Squat sessions. You guys are truly the real fuckin deal, keep that intensity comin'. Also, x2 on the Chimaira!
On box squats, are you supposed to un-flex your leg muscles while sitting down, or are you supposed to keep the tension all throughout? as in... do you just sit your ass down or do you come up immediately?
