  • I've owned this bike for over a year now and have about 6000 miles. It's my first bike and just thought I'd put my thoughts to video. The only performance mod I have done is the Black Widow full exhaust (no gains that I can feel). Everything else is cosmetic in an effort to lighten the bike up a bit.

I bought 2 of these for my house in colombia. They are legit the nest way to get around. Speeds here even on 2 lane highways are 80 to 100kph.

Thanks for the review. I am almost sure I will buy one in the near future. I am trying to choose between Grom, Benelli and Vespa Primavera scooters. But Benelli is much cheaper to be honest, probably a better deal.

Ha ha, you could tell when you hit the downhill slope over the bridge by the sound 😁.
Nice video, I was going to get one of these, but I have my full Bike licence and potential to need to hit open road speed and have a pillion so I think I'll get a KTM Duke 390.

Coronado to Julian is a pretty long ride in a car, let alone on a mini-moto! Great video though. I have been looking at picking up one of these to replace the Z125 I traded in a few months back, trying to do some research to see if there are any reliability concerns/common issues. If you've been riding yours like that for 5000 miles, that doesn't seem too bad. The "real" top speed seems to be about 63-64, so maybe 8-10mph higher than the real top speed of a Grom/Z125...

thanks for posting your review, I have two 2020 Benelli TNT 135, one I bought in June 2020 and another one I bought about a month later in Green for $800 used. The Green one is in Las Vegas for some updates and the Red/White one is my daily rider. I also own 2-2014 Honda groms which I bought in 2014 that have been Heavily modified with takegawa 181-4V engine with all the go fast parts,5 speed, extenal oil cooler, HD crank/rod and lots of spare parts for the Groms. I'm selling all my grom stuff since I think the Benelli TNT 135 is a better built mini-motorcycle and styling. Thanks for sharing your video. I use to fly out of the Navy base in San Diego on Military hops. I was in the Navy for 6 years and was on the USS John S McCain DDG-36 before they decommissioned that ship. Ride safe, On the benelli I found that 17/32 sprocket setup was the best for my style of riding and I wt 210 lbs and dieting down to 195-190. Ride safe and Much Aloha

I’ve got a tricked out Ebike I’m thinking about selling to get a Benelli, i’m just tired of all the electrical problems you have with Ebikes you never know when they’re going to strand you somewhere, There like Christmas lights if one goes out everything goes out.

How tall are you? I am also worried about theft, do you lock up your bike? Thanks for the video.

Levers were aliexpress I believe. Still a loose fit on the clutch. I need to shim it.

@@Thatbobberlife That is what I did on my clutch lever, I had to shim it, stuck some grease between the shim and good to go.

Hah, just saw your bike listed for sale. This is one of the videos that made me settle on the benelli too. Already have one but looking for one for my bro. Moving on to a bigger bike?

Yup, waiting for my Indian Scout Bobber to get here from Iowa. Unfortunately I can't keep two bikes or I would. It's been a great little bike.
