I know you said that you don't care about idol rhythm games but for me the best one has got to be Project Sekai, since it has really clean charts, great music that gets added about twice a week, is (mostly) thumb friendly, has no forced ads, all songs are free, has frequent events and even has multiplayer and story. What I don't like about flick notes is that if you flick them a tiny bit too far, your entire 100% accuracy run is over, at least phigros has a forgiving flick note accuracy play since in Cytus exists wps and gps and Lanota can count your flick not being perfect. I got Muse Dash on mobile first, but then I found i like it a lot more on PC. Beware if you purchase the DLC for Muse Dash on one, you will need to purchase it again on the other platform.
It’s not a good rhythm game… VOEZ is kinda like Arcaea having most songs unlocked and there’s not much songs to enjoy if you are a rhythm game fanatic… Also the Diary chapters are tedious to unlock and the only reason I unlock them is to unlock the Cytus ii pack. There’s no way to get free birds or whatever they are called. The game is also very wifi based so you can’t play it offline. That’s kinda why no one enjoyed VOEZ so much
@@sleepieststella you can get the chuchus, free birds, (UC of voez) when you complete the challenges. I personally think the game is really hard as compared to cytus 2. The song choices are also good.

One of my favorite mobile games that involve music (what) is Bang Dream Girls Band Party! Rhythm Action & 2D Shooter ( YO. a MOBILE SHOOTER GAME and RHYTHM GAME combined ?! it's really, really cool, and on top of all, there are many free songs and some songs that can only be played on the specific day given ! of course there are paid ones, but other than that everything is really cool ) hope i helped-

years later and you unlocked a core memory of cytus 1. i remembered i couldnt play it on my shit android phone at the time but it was so dope since it was one of the first titles with "anime style music" infused with guitar hero like elements to it. thank you for this lol. - Year 2024
Thanks for the list haha!
Added em all to my wishlist for later :D
Love ya
I got Muse Dash on mobile first, but then I found i like it a lot more on PC. Beware if you purchase the DLC for Muse Dash on one, you will need to purchase it again on the other platform.
I just learned that the hard way last week 😀
Idk why anybody is not talking anything about ''VOEZ"🥺🥺
It’s not a good rhythm game…
VOEZ is kinda like Arcaea having most songs unlocked and there’s not much songs to enjoy if you are a rhythm game fanatic…
Also the Diary chapters are tedious to unlock and the only reason I unlock them is to unlock the Cytus ii pack. There’s no way to get free birds or whatever they are called.
The game is also very wifi based so you can’t play it offline.
That’s kinda why no one enjoyed VOEZ so much
@@sleepieststella you can get the chuchus, free birds, (UC of voez) when you complete the challenges. Now they have brought quests and missions and after you complete it, you get a reward, a new song, skin etc. I did not enjoyed to story so I just ignored it.
I personally think the game is really hard as compared to cytus 2. The song choices are also good.
@@siddhuzplace3737 Really? You can get free birds now?
I haven’t played VOEZ in years so I thought that everything would have been the same. Thanks for the info!
@@sleepieststella yes the challenges for dairy gives you free chuchus sometimes. But its really hard. I am stuck at the "Get all perfect in 3 songs in special mode".
Your videos make me happy. Thank you tokaku
Ik you already know this but in pianista there is world tour where you can play every song in order but that cost energy too but you can unlock every song by playing world tour .
All i remember from this video is that tokaku hates flick notes
EK when he plays dancerail though
Tokaku you should try playing Polytone it’s a square rhythm game and it has no flip notes.
One of my favorite mobile games that involve music (what) is Bang Dream Girls Band Party! (Long name) and it's REALLY cool because it has the story of the 7 bands, lil conversations, characters have their birthdays, they look like anime, and there is covers from vocaloid song, a Bad Apple cover, etc etc etc
I downloaded Arcaea, Lanota and Cytoid and they are all sick! Thank you! I subscribed
dynamix fans with their god hands be smuggin in the background
5:30 burst me to laugh and the milk that i was drinking out of my nose
What the name?
4:11 all i was thinking about was the horror map in osu
Mope-mope, isn't it?
I really respect the creators of these games cause none of them have ads
Thanks! I was playing only RoBeats in Roblox, but now I know what to download! ❤️
well, hope you have a fun time! (whilst killing your preference of body part)
in case anyone wants some more recommendations, here's some rhythm games i found quite fun :-
- SEVEN's CODE
- D4DJ Groovy Mix
- KALPA - Original Rhythm Game
- SIXSTAR GATE ( it's not a "hardcore" rhythm game, it's a little childish but it has a story, and the gameplay is also very cute )
- SOUND SHOOTING!! Rhythm Action & 2D Shooter ( YO. a MOBILE SHOOTER GAME and RHYTHM GAME combined ?! it's really, really cool, and on top of all, there are many free songs and some songs that can only be played on the specific day given ! of course there are paid ones, but other than that everything is really cool )
hope i helped-
thanks!
@@sheepcommander_ you're welcome!
Is it just me or when she says “ hello everybody!” It lightens up your day
Lanota means something,
La nota = the note
You sound a bit like BMO. I'm subbing.
Thank you for this video I have been searching for actually good games to play thank you 😊
Huh, I would think BanG dream would be on this list lmao
Ur good at every Rhythm game🤨
Dynamix be like: haha notes fall sideways and down
phigros is learning
every “hewwo everybody” makes me smile. Keep making good content tokaku. :)
Thank you for showing me that website for game developing, I've been wanting to become one when I grow up so they begginer lessons are going to come in handy
Hey tokaku, you forgot VOEZ, I sad I like VOEZ
Voez is not for everyone imo, i personally enjoyed it but I get why others are not fans of it
@@desubakker369 understandable
@@desubakker369 why is that?
Yea, it was pretty fun
Protocol Hyperspace Diver isn't a bad rythm game and actually didn't get a lot of attention. Though there are flick notes, and I don't think the creators plan on updating the game anymore.
The gameplay of ph dreiver is so fun. The notes come to the screen in so many ways. But as you said, the creators dont update the game and the songs are only like 40
I saw Bang Dream Girls Band Party! in the background of the apps. Tokaku did you not have much time for apps?
Edit: Guys stop liking, I was wrong.
at the beginning, they said they wouldn’t be talking about idol-type stuff.
@@butterflyexists but still
@@yukko_parra mm, it is a shame bandori gets thrown in with idol games and calling it that - but that's how it is.
@@butterflyexists understandable
edit: i usually call bandori, and other "idol" rhythm games, gacha rhythm games.
Thanks for your video i've search for lots of rythm games without results and here is your video and baom , millions of cool rythms games thanks so much
Cytus 1 is really fun actually it's really really fun I just know it btw wow your been playing cytus 1 for 4 years yeah just wow
I totally dont pretend that im pkaying a rhythm game while typing on the keyboard 😳
