This movie is not a true Borderlands movie for what it should be for the fans - hard R with strong violence, bloody stuff, and very edgy humor. It's rated PG-13 and targeted towards kids of the same age range as that of the book, as well as their families! It also had the film adaptation of Are You There God? It's Me, Margaret last year - which was the same film as the forthcoming White Bird film - PG-13 rated and marketed + targeted towards kids who read the book and their families!
What are they expecting Borderlands to be like - Inside Out 2 or something?! AND LG HAD ARTHUR THE KING EARLIER THIS YEAR. PG-13 and aimed towards older kids (ages 8+) and their families. AND BASED ON A BOOK.
Sheesh. LG basically did a TON of meddling on this movie and defanged it just to go for the 4-Quadrant, PG-13-and-below-MPAA Rating movie market with a big focus on families, just to get that sweet amount of money that made movies like The Super Mario Bros. Movie, Toy Story 4, Spider-Verse, the two Sonic The Hedgehog movies and all those other films of their kind that were profitable or broke even.
This movie is going to not survive the 2024 box office.
Eli Roth signed a petition denouncing the anti-war message read at the Oscars, calling it "antisemetic." I don't understand why this movie isn't being boycotted
ngl this look boring as shit
nd feels like its trying to be "we have guardians at home" but 5 years late
That's what I want too Eli. Can't wait to see it. Release date just so happens to land on my son's first birthday.
It claptrap I love him 0:44
So when are we expecting Handsome Jack to come to the sequel?
Is thare any human alive that can portray such a character. Could they get the va from the games and dress him up. That would be awesome
@@cryptodino3roberts712 Antony Starr maybe?
This probably isn't getting a sequel 💀
This shit won’t do good enough to even get a sequel lmfao
Ghardians of suicide road
Guardians of means guardians of the galaxy suicide means suicide squad road means mad max fury road
The only bad part of this for me is claptrap haha. Given they have rights to make this movie, I have no doubt they had rights to be able to copy claptraps voice and the way they talked. It would have made the movie perfect. But of course, Jack Black just has to be given a role.
I think mad max saga is better
Bad Max
It's a pity they made a film with a children's rating and with stupid fart jokes to make the kids laugh
Yep. They did it so they can get the box office bonuses.
Why do I feel like I'm the ONLY person really excited for this movie! Can't wait!
Your not the only, is so excited. The cast is not perfect but all look very good.
You're not alone, I mean I did use to play this one Borderlands game called Borderlands 2 and thought it was fun but I'mma give this a watch too lol.
Wouldn't it be great if a movie WITHOUT Kevin Hart gets made like just once?
But hes so funny hahaha gotta have the funni dude in the movie ya know? If he dies like roland does we gotta laugh at it right?
It might be a fun movie but they miscast Everyone except jack black and Krieg
A lot more apparent too in the thumbnail. Roland looks about the size of Tiny Tina 😂
@@Chas-OTE two of the actors are way to old and Kevin as Roland no no just no. Maybe idris or the tech guy from leverage
The bear jew of inglorious basterds is a director now. Great!
