@@WitnessThis1000 I just listed different dynamics they could play out on the silverscreen. Viggo is 7years older than Mads, they both speak Danish and are two handsome devils, they could pass for brothers on screen, but just as easily play lovers, colleagues, enemies etc. It's called acting, and I'd really just want to see them create movie magic together as they're both phenomenal in their craft. Don't really care about the genre, though an intimate smaller indie piece would really give them room to flex those acting muscles.

Needed more time on him talking about Another Round. It's just so interesting to hear his insight into what I think is his best role.

I had the privilege of briefly speaking with Mads and shaking his hand on the set of Hannibal at the Royal York in Toronto (Series 3). Such a fan of the character and actor that I was so incredibly nervous when speaking with him, but he was so gracious with his time, and I'll never forget it.

My favorite actor of all time! Love him in everything especially his Danish films. Hope he’s allowed to be more than a villain in Hollywood’s eyes (even though he’s such a great one)

Mads is a brilliant actor - Im so glad they included THE HUNT and ANOTHER ROUND. Very early in his career, he's in a terrific Swedish crime Coen Brothers type film, FLICKERING LIGHTS and he was amazing in that as well.

Mads as Hannibal is maybe my favourite character portrayal of all time. He is fantastic in everything he is in regardless of the quality of film around him.

that in an interview breaking down his roles, he can't help but keep talking positively about the people he worked with speaks strongly to his character. He seems like a class act

He absolutely murdered it as Hannibal. He probably outperformed Anthony Hopkins🔥🔥

He definitely did. Mads' performance is much more subtle. Though we should give credit to writers as well, since the show is not a direct translation of Thomas Harris' books to TV, and the character of Hannibal is different.

I love danish people and Mads Mikkelsen is a top one. I used to not be a big fan of the country growing up because of sporting rivalry (I'm norwegian), the same goes for Sweden too, but I've grown to appreciate them a lot and think of them as neighbors. Especially considering a lot of the norwegian movies and tv-shows we grew up with was originally a danish production, like the Olsen-banden movies for example. Mads is a fantastic actor, just different breed to what you get in Hollywood and I think that honestly goes for scandinavian actors in general.

I'm danish, but i consider Norwegians and Swedes as my brethren, we tease eachother and rival abit, but in the end, it's all love.
I'd love to swap EU with a Kalmar union 2.0.

He is one of the reasons Casino Royale is an outstanding film. The first third an action film, second a drama/thriller, third a tragic love story all combined to make a terrific film. Craig, Mads and Eva are on absolutely top form and justifiably Royale gave them the exposure to be big stars.

Mikkelsen is one of the few actors whom I can say, "if he's in it, I'll watch it." Same goes for the likes of Jack Nicholson and Anthony Hopkins.
