How do i test needle and seat on a 2 barrel carter bbd? vacum or pressure?, is there adapters included to hook up to it? My 1985 d150 wasw running fine now it wont start and fuel is spitting out of the top of carb

I bought one of this mityvac MV6400 from Amazon and I didnt get to use it until a year later. Comes to find out I received a dud and the POS could not hold vacuum to I have to keep pumping manually. The air keeps coming out of the handle and I couldn't fix this thing because it was glued together. May be someone here could help me?😢

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your dispenser. Where exactly on the handle is the air pressure escaping from? The unit has an integrated pressure relief valve that may allow air to vent if the pressure exceeds around 25psi. Make sure you have it set to vacuum on the tool and not pressure. I suspected the same thing when trying to bleed brakes, but finally realized I had it setup incorrectly.
