This band is the REAL DEAL! Love the vocals of both Clyde and Gracie and the band are all pro players!! Clyde rocks the keys, and Gracie has the most incredible range and originality. I'm an old guy, but these kids give me HOPE!! They have old souls and have definitely done their homework when it comes to the classic soul and pop sound that they make their own. GREAT BAND and thanks to JITV for this opportunity to see more of them!!!

A bunch of years ago I saw a band called Lake Street Dive for the first time. Like many people I was BLOWN AWAY! I get exactly the same vibe with this band. Seriously impressive production, arrangement, and presentation. Original, creative, TALENTED, and y'all have a very distinct identity. You're different...and you bring something to the table that wasn't there before you arrived. You make your own space, you're fun, and you're interesting. Please be successful...cause I want to see more of you.

Wow, that's stupidly tight, and the energy is infectious. How could anyone not like this? Killer voices coming from two of the least likely looking sources. I keep thinking that No Doubt era Gwen Stefanni has been resurrected as soul singer. I came THAT close to forgetting that I was born without the dancing gene.

Lawrence are by far the best band I have heard in a long time. Such energy. The vocals are so on point and the band are tight AF. Love love love these guys. So wish they could come to the UK one day!
Another "older" fan here. Just can't help but get reminded of Lydia Pense with Cold Blood and the Tower of Power horn section from the 70s, but Lawrence takes it up at least another level!
One of my favorite artists/bands from this era aside from Jacob Collier, Dirty Loops, Cody Fry, Vulfpeck, Cory Henry, Snark Puppy, Tom Misch, Thundercat, Greta van Fleet, Jett Rebel, DI-RECT, Alfie Templeman and Scary Pockets just to name a few.
