A filipino always has a place to live unless they have no family or friends. Lots of multifamily communal living. I see a lot of red flags with this situation. Communal live is common in the philippines. Your girl is not homeless. She can also get an apartment for p3k that has a communal bathroom and kitchen. Something that is also commonly done in the philippines.
The way she hugs you in the pool tells me the "agreement" does not stop at cooking and laundry.

I don't feel that you are trapped because you are exactly where you want to be and appear to be enjoying it. Let me just say that no one is ever homeless in the Philippines if you have relatives or extended families, that should be obvious to anyone who has lived in the country for a while.
