Episode 3 - Slot it Sauber C-9 (CA06I) & Nissan R91VP (CA28G) - practice laps

What is up everyone?! Is there anything better than racing against an actual person?? To be honest I spend so much time 'racing' tinkering and working on things on my own that when someone comes over to run some laps I can't help but smile - it makes all the effort put into this hobby worthwhile when you get others involved and you see the smile on their face as well.
Needless to say here this video consists of us running practice laps. We are running mag-less analog cars on-track using the AXEL_BOX, both of which are Slot.it cars with tuned Paul Gage slicks on the rear only. The track gets a little dusty being that it is in the garage so over time the cars tend to pick up a bit of grit on the tires and need to be cleaned once in a while. Overall we had some clean racing but definitely some moments on the turns.
Near the end of the video I go into some details of what I learned about the track running mag-less with two running cars on track. There are many things to correct/adjust but overall the layout is fun, challenging, and mostly fair no matter what lane you're in. Each lane has its advantage in some turns and disadvantages in others.

Great fun race. I like the idea of stats your planning. Showing what a little tuning does for the car . Yes unfortunately similar problems with blind spots but like my setup and dont want to change . I will just learn to drive well . 😂 looking forward to seeing more Alex 👍
