Q: Why do we need to look for cheese "Made in the USA"? I've no problem with doing that, but I'm just wondering because it seems that big companies here don't have a problem prioritizing profit at the expense of our health.
Thanks for the informative video; I learned not to bother with shredded cheese, and to buy blocks and slice it myself (even on days when I feel lazy). :) Cheers.

One of the things your looking for when you buy cheese is not if it's USA, But if they are using pork rennet (which is disgusting) Pork is not food, if you want to challenge that look in the Bible not one time in scripture regarding Pig, swine was spoken of as good, as food, or as something clean..we are not even to touch it. Check the facts in Scripture or even ask the world they have even caught in to how dirty it is to ingest, next is it organic grass-fed the cheese..Try to always get grass-fed cheese and milk, along with it being organic. If your going to do cheese at all.

It’s interesting to hear you say to look for American made cheeses. With all the corruption and issues in the US food industry, as a Canadian, I would never prefer American! I buy a locally made cheese that is award winning and delicious.
I am curious to know if you have any information on calcium chloride. I was told to avoid it, but I’m not sure why. It is in a ton of products, including dairy and many tomato products.

I've just had a nosy, its shown as e509 an acidity regulator it is permitted by both the EU and America.
Seems there is a longish list of alleged side effects, that are supposed to be rare

Thanks for sharing and strange as it may seem I was trying to not refer to certain countries that import to USA that are worse than our foods.
Tell me where you get your cheese?
I love raw cheese from local farmers who control all phases of cheese making.

The Biblical Nutritionist I’m not sure if the cheese I buy is raw cheese, but the ingredient list is short and simple. It’s Bothwell Mild Cheddar. I’ve been able to consume it with no issues when I am quite sensitive to dairy.

There's nothing wrong with our local cheese ,mind you I'm from the dairy farm county of Cheshire in the uk.
I take a slight disagreement with you because American food standards fall below ours.
In fact in trade talks we are insisting you raise your quality.
Please drop the notion American is best all the time

We wont accept American chicken or eggs because you put them through a chlorine process, its unnecessary.
We have lots of cheese,s please check the nantwich cheese festival.
Smoked, crumbly ,smooth to name but a few.
God has truly blessed us that we over produce milk ,so farmers have diversified into icecream and cheese products.
America seems to accept a lot of food additives that aren't acceptable either.
You do export fresh produce like sweet potatoes. We have just left the EU but to be fair they do set a good food standard, that America cant or wont match.

Full Monty you are welcome to keep sharing all you want! I will add to my list of visits your dairy!
I look forward to learning from you and will change this video when I feel the knowledge is complete. But I need options to buy here and for now our best is raw from a personal farmer- hard to find or Kerry gold.

I have only been to Washington dc and La but from what I can tell it's a farm product that may well be banned, I drink tea not coffee but customs would let me bring my own tea bags.
I do like your root beer but try and get it over here.
It would perhaps be controversial but American seems to have rules that don't benefit the consumer but protect the market.

I stopped buying cheese because it’s 70% fat. Should I start buying cheese again? I thought 70% fat is not good for us!

I am 54, eat at least 100 grams cheese a day already my whole life, real cheese, straight from the knife. My yearly blood test is always very good regarding cholesterol and other fat in the blood. But I do eat fatty fish too 3 times a week like herring, mackarel and salmon. I personally am more concerned about the salt in cheese because of high bloodpressure so I buy cheese with less salt.

Thanks God that he let me born in the right country where I can go to the weekly market to buy cheese. I just select what I want and the cheese man is letting me to taste a piece and if I like it he will cut it with a huge knife from the cheese wheel. I am Dutch, if you ever visit the Netherlands then don't buy cheese in a touristic shop but instead you can better find out what is the weekly market day.

This is a very low information video. If this is an example of the type of info coming from this channel I won’t watch this channel again.
