Thank you very much for this session. The gentleness in the breathhing combined with the body awareness exercise was just what I needed, since I often tend to push too hard. This gave me time to really ground myself and get in touch with myself. Will surely implement this and for now I think I'll stay on the more gentle side of breathing, rather than giving it a Bhastrika-like approach 😉

Mr. Kitaro, I have been practicing the Wim Hoff method for almost a year, we are mainly interested in fihate The breathing protocol when I do 4 rounds of 40 breaths d holding the breath 2 min 2.30 after the end of the breathing protocol and the ice bath which is 2.30 stay . I feel quite aggressive And quite annoyed but when I reduce the breathing protocol to 3 rounds of 30 breaths I feel better please explain what is the difference in the rounds and the number of breaths

Great exercise. Why breath awareness? The average person breathes 16x a minute. If a person lives to 80, then that means on average they will take 672,768,000 breaths in a lifetime!
