    While I have already thanked myself *and Josh 😅* for continuing forward.
    I wanted to extend thanks and appreciation towards you, Kitaro.
    Thank you.
    My last week would have turned out significantly different, was it not for you and Josh helping me through.

    Just to share... I do the coherence breathing as first in the morning (1 round) It really works for my start, it sets me calm.....then a small pause and follow 2 rounds of box breathing , ...another small pause and 5 rounds of wim hof breathing followed by a cold plunge in pool (5 minutes).... and short horse stance exercises.....
    To do this routine before going to work I change my wake up time from 0530am to 0430 am..... WORTH EVERY MINUTE !
    Thank you Kitaro. 🙏

      I have high obstructive sleeping apnea, wesr a full mask, every night, for the last ten years, since diagnosed 🎉
      The breathing excercises and the Mindfulness of the regular daily practice has improved the quality of my days.
      With the Apnea came along depression and anxiety and the work..... almost zero now
      ...since I embraced these practices. Life Saving.

    Once again, this gifted teacher, brings to us powerfully, blessed methods! I have used this for insomnia or when I awake in the early morning hours and can't seem to get back to sleep. It is so very helpful and encourages a profound, spiritual awareness of deep gratitude. I'm very grateful for this healing wisdom, Kitaro and cannot thank you enough 💖

    Thank you so much.
    Supposedly due to chronic stress I do not fully beeathe out and have a high carbon dioxide level in blood? I only recently learned about this, however 33 years ago when I was a teen a healer had already mentioned "your breathing out is wrong" but kept it at that (I was there for something else) but now it all makes sense and I'm exploring the whole world of breath work.

    A minor note but you count "inhale 123456" (7 total) then "exhale 23456" (6 total) so it's one second difference between the inhale and exhale

    Kitaro,
    I have the strong urge to only do 10-15 breaths per WHM round.
    Can you talk a bit about why this may be and what any effect of it is?

  • @Upekha001
    @Upekha001 Год назад

    Hello Kitaro San,
    My question is , I feel good to hold until 40 seconds instead of 15 seconds in wimhof breathing. 15 seconds I feel real little. Is it harmless to go for 40 seconds hold ?
    Thank you for your great contributions to the humanity!! ❤ ❤

    Hey, thank you for your sessions. I feel like when I am breathing that it’s hard to breathe through areas of neck and heart, like there is some mud inside that the air can’t go through. I hope if I do it consistently I will be able to clean it

    The number if exhales are less than the number of inhales. Would you please make another video with equal breaths? Thank you so much. My ocd kicks in and can't focus. It goes Inhale 1,2,3,4,5,6 and exhale 2,3,4,5,6.

    • @MsLaurenStevens
      @MsLaurenStevens 4 месяца назад +1

      i felt the same way at first, and then I realized that maybe it’s intentional.
      inhale (pause)
      1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6
      exhale/1 (no pause) 2, 3, 4, 5, 6
      so, no pause at the top of the inhalation and a pause at the end of the exhalation. doing it this way makes it so that you are breathing in and out for the same count of 6. think of “exhale” as “1”

    I recently used a oximeter and my oxygen saturation went below 60% at some stage and seen your video that made it go below 30%. I know this is for a couple of minutes at most, but medical papers show anything below 80% could damage the organs and we prioritize only the most essential orgasm at that stage. Is the increase of red blood cells, endorphins etc. enough to counter all of this? Maybe I missed the explanation on it, but thanks in advance!
