My most awesome heart coherence experience. This blew my mind....tears flowing from my eyes...down my cheeks...involuntarily. I have 75 to 90% blockages in my arteries. I actually felt like they were being cleared during this session. I really don't know. I will continue with this meditation for the rest of my life. I actually felt the spirit of God moving within me. Thank you all for this experience

Beautiful. Watching Gregg Braden in his show Missing Links on Gaia network, in season two he mentions that a deficiency of Vitamin C can cause the body to create blockages in the arteries... I'm no expert but it may be worth further looking into? (Outside Western medicine advice of course, lol) blessings to you!!! ❤️

I JUST realized.. I've naturally been doing a sort of heart math meditations all my life, in the form of seeking out music etc that gives me an overflowing sense of awe, tears in my eyes and almost painful appreciation of beauty. I thought I was weird and sensitive, but turns out... it's been an intuitive force ❤
For me soundtrack from Interstellar movie raise my emotions in seconds in a good way. Chilling tracks :)

Which meditation I should do to help the planet? I want prayers for the planet and specially for the Islands which are being hit by storms and hurricanes. How could we send prayers and coherence to nature so No force of nature would keep on taking lives and causing suffering ....Yesterday there was an earthquake 6.0 in Puerto Rico and people fear a possible tsunami...The other Islands like Bahamas and Barbados have taken great hurricanes hit also...how could we get in coherence with Nature to help prevent those nature events from happening ?....

Twin Heart Meditation
I would guess that being in conference with nature wouldn't prevent earthquakes and the like. That sounds like controlling nature.
It is a beautiful meditation, wonderful concept. I found the chant a little annoying because of the accent. Sanskrit is a beautiful language when pronunciation is correct.

I appreciate this opportunity and am sure this is a wonderful meditation, but I would love to know WHAT I am supposed to "open". My chakras, the front of my body .....?

This is just superb, I been tryin to find out about "how to connect with your spiritual guide" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried - Banulian Lonameron Breakthrough - (just google it ) ? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my friend got excellent results with it.

There is authenticity. And there is spiritually evolving the ego. When you’re meditating authentically you accept all that is as is.
If your bothered by a cellphone noise your not meditating at all.
I’d like a bunch of phones to go off on purpose and see who is still at peace and see who is bothered or annoyed. The ones who have a problem with anything so silly as a cell phone sound clearly are faking themselves on Its supposed to be quiet in here so how can you help them and really help them if you don’t test for them with a cell phone alarm.
