The following will be a guided breathwork video where I integrate the Wim Hof Method breathing with the physiological sigh and mindfulness meditation. This video is a follow-up to my last video on the newly released study by Huberman's Lab.
A little bit about myself: I'm Kitaro, a Movement, Kung Fu, and breathwork practitioner and teacher. I don't like fitness. Instead, I like to combine Movement with philosophical thinking - if that makes sense. I try to publish weekly videos. So, if you like my vibe, please subscribe to this channel.

Thank you, monkey mind is gone. Another beautiful start to a beautiful morning.
The mindfulness part is phenomenal I never thought it coul be so profound, 49 years old and I just discovered this and wim hof ,, the stress I have carried with me for years just falls away , I am a better man when I do this session , I am still amazed , after weeks of doing this,, thank you Kitaro
Thanks Kitaro. These new relaxing Breathing methods are more effective for me than the Wim Hoff 5 rounds. The effects are more intense and your instructions calming. It’s very easy to remain totally focused. I’m using this now every morning before getting out of bed. My days start with joy. ❤
And no ads within
Quit smoking on Saturday night, this was in my daily routine for quite some time, now i do it multiple times to keep cravings at bay. Thanks Kitaro ❤
I recently stopped smoking weed and now I'm using breath work and meditation as my replacement to calm my mind and get me in tune with my body. This was great ill probably use it daily! Thanks 😊
Good for you. Be proud ❤
I’ll be honest doing double breath and then the sip took me off guard.
It’s the second time I’ve done it today and it felt so much better.
The body scan and your beautiful gentle voice at the end are soothing ❤
Felt a big difference in my mood at the end of the session when you advised to mix the strong powerful emotion with the body awareness. Thank you 🙏🏼
Thanks for your comment!
Thank you for another great start!
I have learn chi for health for a long time , and this method is amazing.
Thank you very much master.
Thank you this video is so good. I like the "bodyscan" combined with breathwork. Also that you do not say how long the (exhaled) breath hold will be. That always distracts me into thinking - "can I do it,? will it be too long and I wont make it etc." The visual timer is there for those who find it helpful.
Amazing. I was floating on a cloud as light as a feather. This a my favourite breathing session. Thank you for all your support.
:3 Much easier this time!
Last time when I did it with my eyes closed, I had the feeling of I gotta inhale soon, when is the timer gonna end on the minute and minute and a half.
The time after that, some minutes later, did it with my eyes open on the breathwork part, and it was easy since I already did breathing before and the timer I was able to keep in mind.
This time, first time today, did it normally, eyes shut, and no feeling like I need to gasp for air on the minute and minute and a half.
I did more breathing prep for each breathing round, before holding my breath for a minute and a minute and a half, and I relaxed more, especially since I did 5 minutes of yoga right before. :3
Kitaro, how do you sit like that without pain. My back cramps up mid spine which throws the breath off. I need to be able to do this sitting as I have no room to lay down at the office.
@@phantomhaze767 as always, it comes with practice. Try to approach it slowly and gently.
You can simply sit on a chair. If you want to sit comfortable on the floor, find yoga sessions to increase hip mobility. Start by sitting on a meditation pillow or whatever high pillow you can find. He’s doing that also even if you can’t see it, which is why he can sit like this.
Yes, this one is next level awareness.
A beautiful start to another beautiful day!
I love the way you incorporate yoga Nidra (NSDR) into this video. It’s on a different level. Thanks
I feel at ease and at peace. Thank you
This was a great midday meditation. Thank you.
"Now open your eyes and concur your day" nooooo I don't wanna, I want to stay here in this beautiful medative space. 😅 . Seriously, this is the absolute best guided breathing video ever! Thank you!❤❤
Just wanted to say that I am feeling so much more calmer and happier since I started your breathing routines. Thank you.
Thank you so much, Kitaro! What a wonderful way to start the day, and invigorate body and soul ❤️
Thanks, Kitaro. I'm lighter and I feel like I'm breathing even better! I wasn't able to follow your rythm in the breath, but I follow my own rythm, guided by your voice and it was awesome! Please, continue with your content, we all appreciate so much your effort!
Du geile Sau! Das war ja der Hamma! Das kommt in meine Morgenroutine :D
Good morning I really enjoyed the meditation at tge end, I was in a very clear state.
This was absolutely fantastic! It’s a service for the humanity to make these top level guided exercises.
Glad you enjoyed it!
I’m loving this new series of guided breathwork videos that you’ve been releasing recently ❤ These genuinely help me in my day-to-day life
I'm so glad that they help you!
Thanks for this
Any time
Amazing awareness, excellent way to start the day.
Thank you
I felt that so much! Thank you!
This session was awesome. Thank you
WOW THIS WAS INSANE, first time Wim Hof really worked for me! Thank you so much…i am crying of joy
Glad that you had a good session!
Beautiful ! Thank you ! And avid Wim Hof practioner, but I think this is my new practice. I really liked how you warm up the breath and at the end incorporate breath and body awareness.
Thank you
Thank you for another beautiful morning.
Thank you! I have been loving this video- it has become my go-to when I have a migraine or before i cold plunge.
I really appreciate all the little ways you give encouragement, and the perfect timing of them. I love the gradual deepening of meditation through the three breath holds- be aware of your body / be aware of your body & emotions / take those sensations and emotions and transform them- and then bringing that back in at the end of the most epic and specific body scan I have ever experienced in decades of yoga and meditation!
It is perfect in every way...
I need more!
Have you made or would you consider making a longer version with four or fove rounds? I find myself rewinding so I can repeat the last two rounds and get an even deeper experience.
I want everyone I care about to try this experience at least once.😊
Thank you, thank you! That was incredible.
Haven’t done the WHM in a while this was great
Another great morning that brought me even more clarity.
Thank you!
Thank you for the clarity and awareness. Today is another beautiful day.

I am so happy to have come across your videos. Your teaching is humble harmonious and calming, making it easy to be in tune with the body and mind. Can’t thank you enough🙏😌
It was great breathing saturating every part of the body with conscious awareness and not the same intensity as in the Fundamentals course.....far more deeper ....embodied breathing. Thank you Kitaro.
Another beautiful morning. Thank you Kitaro.
Kitaro, you are a gift! 🎁 ❤️ 💕 thank you!

Fantastic. Thank you kitaro 🙏
Thanks, Kitaro. I liked the flow of breathing straight into body scan without missing a beat. 👍🏼
I am completely new to the Wim Hof Method, but damn I'm glad i found this. Felt amazing! Thank you!
Hey man, I really love your work and content. I have been doing Shambavi Mahamudra from Sadhguru in the last 9 months consistently, minimum 1 session per day. I have had extraordinary results, I must admit. But your content, which I have recently found, gave me more depth to my daily meditation. I love your clarity of mind, so if you consider to try Shambavi Mahamudra, I really think you could give people a valuable perspective. Much appreciation from me to you.
Thank you so much for these amazing breath work session 🙏🏼
Loving these. Thank you Kitaro!

Kitaro, it's my go to breathwork video. Body connection is powerful. Thank you.
Thank you my friend.
Loved this; simply amazing 🙏🏼
Thank you 🙌
Kitano diste en la misma Diana con este video, GRACIAS.
This is golden, thank you.
I've been practicing whm for two years now and this guided version is by far the best one I came across.
An intermediate/advanced version of this with longer breath holds would also be highly apreciated.
All the love.
Is there perhaps an advanced version available? I would be interested too.
I also came here to ask for a morish version! I rewind to do two extra rounds before the body scan, but would love an extended/advanced version 😅
Nice
good vid

Is there any advice to go over 90s breath hold? Since months of practice i never get over 90s? Best regards from Germany🙋♂️ im doing the whm.
How long have you been able to do 90s? The answer is probably that you will progress with the length of you breathe hold with time and practice, but while you keep practicing you can focus on other things like the awareness of your body while you hold.
Seriously ive been practicing for about 1,5 years.
Ktiaro San, your teaching are great contributions for humanity ❤
One advice though, since there is a accent in your speaking, on top of that the loud background music . . . . it needs some extra efforts to understand what you are actually speaking.
I wonder if it's possible for you to re- upload this video either with no music OR very low volume in the background ?
Waiting for your kind reply 🙏
Thank you again!
Put the captions ON and read the instructions first then do il again. Personnally i’m French and don’t have problems understanding
Is it common for my ears to be ringing after this exercise? If not, what might I be doing incorrectly?
⚡️⚡️⚡️❤️🙏
Probaremos y te cuento luego
Hi, bro. Can you explain me about setting intention in WHM?
Hello
Can i do these technique before go to bed?
Thanks
Hi Kitaro. Love your video creation and content. I think your video thumbnails could be better. Let me know If you need any help regarding Thumbnail design.
I love this video and your integration of breathe and body awareness. Thank you so much! I have a question - I've been doing this method everyday for about 2 months now, mostly with this video or on my own and I've seen only a very little improvement in how long I can hold my breathe - some days I can make it 1:30 but most days 1:00 is my max. Why might this be - is it normal for progress to be this slow? Any thoughts - and your work -are appreciated
Hope this helps you, thanks

Honestly, I dont think it matters. Don't stress yourself out with a competitive mindset. My guess is when you let go of that, increased times will come.
Hi there, why do you exhale through the mouth and not the nose? Anyone know?
