It is never unhelpful to remember that you're not doing things simply because you're habituated to them, but that you're choosing to do something that is beneficial to you (and by extension, your community, however you define it, as you are providing an example). Thanks for the Kitaro first time trying this practice and really enjoyed it. I am also using your advanced wimhof breathing daily and have passed it onto colleagues in work. Can i ask the difference between the wimhof and this practice as in the impact on the mind/body. Peace from 🇮🇪
This one is more calming. It's great for recovery, before sleep or simply to relax.
Thank you for this. I find it hard to do an inhale that long and think I often end up holding, not sure why I find it difficult and what I need to do to fix it. Although I do have quite a few health issues I'm trying desperately to heal atm.
Also, I wonder if it would be possible to add a bell ding at the start of the one that doesn't have a gong as I felt I had to look at my screen the whole time or missed the transitions.

Hello! I try your wim hoff advanced method with no eating few days,almost 3 minutes,in vertical pose shorter. But i like 8-10 seconds pause like in this video. What kind of brearhing can heal my brain,if i feel pain higher forehead? Thank you very much for your explanation.
