I had a spontaneous Kundalini awakening two years ago, after 3 days of Somatic practices...3 days of Wim Hoff plus one stretched psoa muscle equalled a massive, violent, physical release of trauma as Kundalini rose in all her glory, and I have been riding a bucking bronco of energy ever since...I had been locked in a decades long functioning freeze reaction....I'm now learning to fine tune my mind body connection and what you have here I believe Kundalini herself must've moved you to post..lol..and further divine timing a friend's Kundalini awakened the week you posted this and I will share. Another awesome video! I've been using quite a few yoga nidra videos lately and it's taken a while to really be able to feel/sense that aliveness inside but I'm finally getting it now and it's well worth the perseverance. Keep the content coming, much love!

That's actually a good practice. I noticed that some parts are easily saturated, like left & right arm. But with legs and body it's way harder. I guess continuous practice will help. Thanks!
This is Vipassana meditation at it's best.
I think this will be helpful to my balance as I have had some neuropathy due to some nerve damage. It also honors the way our left and right brain work in a sort of inverse pattern from right to left and left to right.
I’m finding just putting feet together is a challenge. It first I modified this putting my feet apart, but I sense putting my feet together is good balance training. I’d like to do a longer session of this routine as it might give a more thorough immersion in the scan.
Is it okay to do this with feet about hip width apart if that is more comfortable? Or should I try and do it with feet together?
Sure. You can also try to go slightly less than shoulder-width, to still better feel weight shifts.
