    The following will be a guided breathwork session to calm down and relax with three rounds of calm Wim Hof breathing.
    A little bit about myself: I'm Kitaro, a Movement, Kung Fu, and breathwork practitioner and teacher. I don't like fitness.       Peace be with you . This video is powerful. It works for me too. I experienced exactly the same emotions . I believe this session has kept me safe from illness . I do everything Kitaro asks and can feel everything he suggests. Prior to discovering Kitaro l faithfully followed Wim, again being illness free for 3 years.     Thanks Kitaro. I have been doing five rounds guided Wim Hoff breathing religiously every morning for years. Today l followed you instead . It was blissfully peaceful. I’m a naturally calm happy person. Your guided session was very spiritual. The music and your voice mesmerising 🙏

    Amazing! 🎉I have been using Wim’s video and it’s been great, but your visualizations and guiding is so amazing and more calming !!     You put WHM into another level. I love you way of doing it. So good! I got a 11 from 1 to 10 of mind state I'm really happy for all of us to be in this wonderful state of mind, body and spirit with this with wonderful present of awareness. Would also be great if you could make an extended version with more holding the breath as i felt is was just a few seconds. 😂 Heheh. I love it. I love you for this.     Hey Terrific session. Your commentary brings me back to remembering I/we are the unattached observer behind all the thoughts and emotions and outside events, the essence of consciousness.     Thank you for making this version of the wim hof method, been struggling with anxiety symptoms ever since my first panic attack few months ago. Panic attacks were a problem for me at first but i got over it through facing it head on and being aware. Yet, some symptoms of anxiety still linger in me currently, im being too aware of my breathing in turn making myself feel uncomfortable, but this video was really helpful in making me feel relieved, like im finally in control of myself.

    I live in Asia, where it’s only hot and raining season. I started practicing Wim God’s breathing and ice baths. I noticed I always got cold, sore throat and body arches after 3-4 ice baths (short stay in ice bath). I feel tired. Should I continue when I feel better? Thank you!

    I feel humbled and wiser after this session. I cried during it because it made me realize how self-centered Ive been recently.
    The stresses ive been dealing with feel so big, but thats only from the narrow perspective ive been operating on.
    I dont know who or what Im apologizing to, but I found myself saying "Im sorry" at the end of each round.
    This was a good reminder to think more about others and less about myself.

    got two rounds in and felt uncomfortable and tingly, was I just too anxious? I'm a beginner and have a bit of trouble with chronic anxiety. Your video is great though!

      This can happen. Try to inhale more slowly (still fully and deeply). Also always inhale through the nose if you can. Additionally focus on releasing tension when you exhale.

    What is more effective when doing Wim Hof? Inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth? Or inhaling and exhaling through the mouth? When I inhale with my mouth, it feels violent to me and creates panic and anxiety for me. When I inhale through my mouth, my body shakes a lot, and I don't like that feeling. I feel like I can't wait to get it over with. When I don't inhale as fast and as hard ,so my body doesn't shake, I feel like I'm not doing it properly. Usually by the 3rd round, it is easier for me. But when I inhale through my nose, it's a lot easier and feels less violent and crazy and my body doesn't shake as much. But then I feel like I'm not doing it properly.

    Question! When I inhale intensely and give it everything I've got my neck gets sore and tense. Is this ok or am I trying too hard?

    Do you know if WHM influence the mitochondria. Reason to Ask is that Thomas Seyfried seems to have found out that every cancer is a mitochondria dysfunction or damage hence the cell change to fermentation of sugar and/or glutamine which cause cancer.

    I'd like to ask a question regarding mediation. I'll ask it here.
    So I was meditating yesterday and suddenly I felt like I was about to die. It was a weird uncanny feeling, I ignored it and continued. A few seconds later, I felt like I was being rocked left and right like a baby on a stroller. I wasn't moving though, I was still. It was comforting yet scary, so I began breathing unsteadily and panicked.
    My question: Is this normal? If so, What is it?
