    NSDR has been a very effective practice that I use nightly to relax before bed. Maybe you read my mind as I wanted to ask you for a guided NSDR session. I was too shy however. I simply love your channel and I thank you from the bottom of my ❤️

    Thank you for adding this to your repertoire! Over the past year, you have updated your library with new follow-along practices as I have learned about the science of breathing on my own. In my space, sometimes I feel alone in my practice. I feel grateful that your channel is a space where I feel less alone.     I like this one.
    I don't fall so deep into sleep but a nice gentle deep relaxation.
    Unfortunately I got disturbed at minute 22.

    Hallo Kitaro, könntest du das Video auch auf deutsch/schweizerisch anbieten? Meine Mutter, die nur wenig Englischkenntnisse hat, wäre dankbar.
    Vor ein paar Monaten hatte ich für sie mal nach dem deutschen NSDR Video gesucht. Leider habe ich nur so esoterische gefunden - da gibt's soweit ich sehe keins, was einfach down-to-earth bleibt und auf das Wesentliche reduziert ist.
    Wäre echt cool! Danke für deinen Content, ich nutze ihn so gut wie jeden Tag ❤ gerade an schwierigen Tagen war es immens hilfreich für mich

    Hi Kitaro! I have a question that I'm hoping you know the answer (I'm desperate). I've been doing the breathing with you and it's magical, honestly. I started doing ice baths for a little more than 2 weeks and prior to that cold shower for a week, mornings and nights. But the last 5 cold plunges (4 plunges and 1 shower) I started feeling painful palpitations in my head. I did the cold plunge yesterday (January 26) and when the water reached just to my hips the pounding in my head started, worse than the 4 previous times. After researching I discovered that, that was migraine! I didn't knew what it was because I never in my life had it before (I'm 44yrs.). I'm in shock, sad and disappointed because at the beginning after the plunge I was able to play with the snow and i was feeling amazing. Have you ever heard a case like mine? Do you know if that will go away? And if that the case can you give me some advice please? I REALLY need this, there's so much going on in my life. Thank you and for all your amazing videos 😊
