Hi Kitaro, I started with your Wim Hof breathing, which is far better than any others . I have learned so much about awareness from your works. I have recommended you to a group and watched your podcast on Spotify just to support you as I am greatful for all I learn from you. Peace and blessing to you and your family.
Thank you Kitaro. That's the best breathwork session I've ever done. Your explanation and breakdown of the breathing stages is wonderful and makes it's so much easier and far more relaxing. I found myself easily able to hold my breath on each retention, which is something I normally struggle with. I love the more calm, relaxed and peaceful nature of your videos. Keep up the amazing work!
NSDR has been a very effective practice that I use nightly to relax before bed. Maybe you read my mind as I wanted to ask you for a guided NSDR session. I was too shy however. I simply love your channel and I thank you from the bottom of my ❤️
Thank you for this nice comment 🙏 I'm glad that my videos are helpful to you and that this one fills another gab 😉 Don't be too shy to ask, I'm always grateful to get suggestions and ideas.

Thank you for adding this to your repertoire! Over the past year, you have updated your library with new follow-along practices as I have learned about the science of breathing on my own. In my space, sometimes I feel alone in my practice. I feel grateful that your channel is a space where I feel less alone. Looking forward to adding this script into my daily rotation of NSDR/yoga nidra
Wow..RUclips just randomly plopped this into my algorithm and this is amazing content. I don't do yoga or breathing exercises or know much of anything about this space, but watched this out of curiosity. This was so good. Thank you for this and I'm so looking forward to looking into this stuff and your work. Will be using this regularly from now on.
Hi Kitaro😃I’ve been doing your breathing exercises every single morning for months, so helpful, especially for anxiety👍🏼😊Looking forward to this tonight! Thank you from Australia 🇦🇺
Hi Kitaro... I really love your work. You di know how to guide people in their bodily sensations. Best NSDR I tried, among other things. I'll keep coming back to this video every day.
Hi Kitaro! I have a question that I'm hoping you know the answer (I'm desperate). I've been doing the breathing with you and it's magical, honestly. I started doing ice baths for a little more than 2 weeks and prior to that cold shower for a week, mornings and nights. But the last 5 cold plunges (4 plunges and 1 shower) I started feeling painful palpitations in my head. I did the cold plunge yesterday (January 26) and when the water reached just to my hips the pounding in my head started, worse than the 4 previous times. After researching I discovered that, that was migraine! I didn't knew what it was because I never in my life had it before (I'm 44yrs.). I'm in shock, sad and disappointed because at the beginning after the plunge I was able to play with the snow and i was feeling amazing. Have you ever heard a case like mine? Do you know if that will go away? And if that the case can you give me some advice please? I REALLY need this, there's so much going on in my life. Thank you and for all your amazing videos 😊
Really good session, thank you! Question: I don't understand these weird "hypes" created by Hubermans followers. I really like and enjoy listening to his podcasts myself, don't get me wrong. But most of these "discoveries" are nothing but re-discoveries of thousand-year-old techniques, or sometimes not even "techniques" but simple natural human behavior, like going into the forest. I percieve it as a paradoxically quite narrow minded mindset, that the scientific mindset has to do "studies" in order to find out that going into the forest is tremendously healthy. Or that "micro trainings" (like jumping around instead of walking straight, like a child) has benefits throughout the day -> Who needs studies first in order to see that this is fun and healthy? haha! It's almost funny. Just like this "Non-sleep deep rest"... which is a simple body scan in parts, nothing else... it's awesome and great, yes, but nothing but relabeling of oooooooooold wisdom which has been around for thousands of years.

After my seizures got out of hand I can't use many breathwork techniques but I'm still coming back to your NSDR sessions. Thanks for posting!
All the love and power to you❤

@Kitaro, any chance you could make a progressive muscle relaxation video?
Thank you Kitaro, a bit of mellow background music maybe 110 hz or something like that would round it all out.

Mesmerizing
I like this one.
I don't fall so deep into sleep but a nice gentle deep relaxation.
Unfortunately I got disturbed at minute 22.
