    Reading my old comments shows how horrible I felt. Cato was right in every possible thing. Today 7 months later, I feel amazing. That was a hell of the ride, I listen every his videos thousands of time, I felt like this never gonna end, but yet I had strong faith. You gonna get better who ever is reading this, it’s a matter of time. Even I feel great, I come back to Cato’s channel, it reminds me to respect my life more and more. Thank you legend ❤️

    • @excerptbeginning8839
      @excerptbeginning8839 2 года назад +1

      @@LrgPicture I can describe a little of my experience. After a few months it was clear to me that i was over the caffeine addiction, and whatever anxiety or low motivation i still felt, did not come from the anxiety juice(i.e. coffee). So i started experimenting with different diets. Fasting brought major improvement to my life. But most of all, anxiey wise, quitting sugar and gluten was the one thing that killed my anxiety for real. If id have any tip to give it would be, cut sugar, see what it does to you.
      I think everyone is different and has different sensitivities to different substances.
      So one just has to discover whats triggers them most. Try to eliminate stuff one by one. Thats what i did and it has helped tremendously. For years i had thought my problem was inheritted. Now i know that i can live a happy life just by not doing drugs and eating clean healthy diet.
      Hope this helps! Good luck with your journy!

      Same here, the anxiety is the worse part but the best thing to do is to stay hydrated and keep yourself busy/entertained. Also let the negative thoughts go. Don’t overthink or feel as if you need to “correct” your thoughts because they will keep coming to worry you. We got this!
