Hi Kato, I had my first panic attack in September due to caffeine and you we’re definitely right about the withdrawals. I went through all the withdrawal symptoms you described, I couldn’t go to stores or places because I felt like so uncomfortable. Now I feel so much better and I can do a lot of things I use to. My anxiety has improved dramatically. To anyone who reads this comment I think Kato is the only person on RUclips that is on point with this topic. Thank you Kato

I'm at 9 months caffeine free and going through a break up and had to move back in with my dad. Even though I was stressed from that when I laid down to sleep last night and my thoughts started trying to race I was able to stay calm and fall right to sleep. I didn't even have bad dreams about it. I woke up feeling stronger and more capable of facing whatever is to come. Thank you Cato, you got me off of that stuff and I see progress everyday. I'm so far from the way I felt those first 3 months it's unthinkable.

Experienced first panick attack in my life 2 weeks ago after 10 days of break - no drinking coffee, then that day I made a really strong black coffee + black tea.
After 3 hours I got panick attack and my heart was racing so crazy, ended in the hospital with heart palcipations, they didn’t know and see anything wrong. It was like that for 3 days untill I get first sleep, in the meantime I was in bed, shaking, having flu like symptoms etc.
After that flu like symptoms passed away few days ago, then I started mentally go away, anxiety through the roof, depression, no feelings, bad thoughts and it’s on and off all the time. One time I feel I won this battle, and then again back to begin like today on 16th day when everything back to first state, anxiety constantly, bad thoughts, depression.. I really think in going crazy beacuse this never happened to me.
My life was really complete, I have amazing girlfriend and job and everything. Now I don’t see passion in anything anymore, really scared but motivated somehow watching Cato’s videos.
Scariest thing is that I see stuffs I never seen before and thoughts running through my mind crazy, I never had any issue like this in the past untill the day I again consumed caffeine.
I hope all will be ok and send prayers to everyone who’s suffering together with me, this is for real - worst experience you can go through in your life. I never imagined that something like that can happen to your life, I was so happy person before that.
Cato thank you for all your videos, I hope someone will see my comment so we can share our stories together and make it easier for us.

I want to add that I was daily consumer of sodas and a cup or 2 coffee daily for years and years. I never imagined that caffeine withdraws exist, for me that was always something I didn’t know. Before I took that 10 days off coffee, I experienced that days also a withdrawals, but much easier beacuse that last days I didn’t drink a lot, so withdrawals was just overtiredness, brainfog, headache but at that time, I didn’t know that is happening to me beacuse of the coffee, I was asking myself why. Wish I knowed before that exist, now I will be fine, then I made huge mistake by not knowing what I’m dealing with. I know this will be a long time healer. Im kinda ready but only thing that scares me is that something else is not wrong with me.

Im speaking about my experience, dnt own how I manage my progress..Your recovering base on your circumstances/and life decision not mines...In my video I stated YOU WILL GET BETTER,dnt focus on my journey focus on my wellness..👍💯💯
