This guy will never never know how much he helped me in the first 5 months! I remember watching every 4 hours or so because I felt at ease after every video. I didn’t believe I was going to be better but I did. It really does have a end date. Caffeine messed me up bad and I’ve never been through anything so bad in my life. 18months now.

That was my experience too. I found Cato early on in my withdrawal. My withdrawal was the most terrifying experience I have ever endured. I kept coming back to Cato’s videos that gave me tremendous comfort. I am so grateful to Cato for doing these videos. I am at 22 months caffeine free, and finally feel recovered. The day that Cato said would eventually come, that I held onto as hope, has arrived for me. Thanks Cato. ❤

Cato, your videos are helping me out tremendously through these tough times. Caffeine was not too kind to me in the beginning of August. I thought something was wrong at first my blood pressure was high and the humidity was hot. I went to the hospital and they found nothing wrong with me, even my doctor found nothing wrong. I had massive anxiety, pins and needles in my arms face and legs, and insomnia on some days. I even have restless feet. There was some issues early on with shortness of breathing. There was a week where I felt okay then it comes back the next. I decided to quit caffeine all together on august 31st. It was very hard for me, I had two panic attacks, one in my classroom. It was hard for me to sleep on those nights. I would feel hot during tail end of the summer, hoping some of it changes as it cools down. I’m also going through my last semester of college which isn’t helping. I’ve been taking vitamins like b-complex, ashwaganda, and sometimes valerian. I feel like it helps a bit, but I won’t know fully until a few weeks hopefully. Your videos get my through the day, listening to your story gives me hope as a 23 year old going though this rough stretch currently. I hope I get back to my normal self soon and feel that happiness again. If there’s any other way to contact you, that would be great. As for everyone else I hope you can overcome your withdrawals as well 🙏🏼.

I'm a month and 4 days caffeine free and this is terrible. Weeks 3 and 4 things started to get a lot better but something triggered EVERYTHING to come back. An overdose of caffeine didnt give me a panic attack or give me this anxiety, quitting it is what caused it and honestly sometimes I feel like starting to drink coffee again so everything could go back to "normal" before I decided to quit. But I also don't want to give in and just choose to suffer through this long extensive time of a 1 year before I start to feel better. I'm just gona be patient and see where it goes. I'm hopeful and Cato man I'm glad I came across your videos it's helped a lot. Wish everyone the best

@lolsloppy I'm feeling a lot better. I'm about 13 months caffeine free now. It took about 4-5 months for the anxiety to really improve and for me to start to feel normal again. Just recently, as I approached my 1 year anniversary, I started to feel those anxious feelings slightly come back, but it's very manageable for the most part. Overall things are tremendously better than when I wrote this post.

I'm not quitting caffeine all together but I'm not drinking massive amounts ever again like I was. I quit cold turkey 3 weeks ago and it floored me. Heart palpitations and flutters high blood pressure extreme uncomfortable anxiety with panic attacks. I recently and slowly reintroduce caffeine 3 days ago and it's helped some but I'm still dealing with the palpitations and heart flutter and it's really bad in the morning. And also having trouble sleeping and have been since I started these withdrawal symptoms ain't no joke. This is by far 1 of the most challenging events in my life I've had to deal with. I really appreciate you and your videos. They have helped a lot especially in those first few weeks of the severe withdrawal symptoms.
