1 month caffeine free after drinking preworkout 6-7 times a week for almost 3 years. I had a horrible panic attack which forced me to stop and rethink my life. I stopped cold turkey after ingesting 300-500mg caffeine on a daily basis. The withdrawal symptoms are INSANE. I experience heavy anxiety and depression, insomnia, eyes pain, horrible headache, brain fog, tremors, heart burn, palpitations, stomach reflux, constipation, mood swings, no appetite. I know what to expect after reading all the comments and I thank you very much Cato for all the reassurance and motivation to keep me going. I'll win this battle, the hardest battle of my life. At the other end I'll become stronger and tougher. Stay strong guys, we got this! 🙏🤝✌️💪

I had 18 months of diziness, pressure in my head feelings, blurry vision, constant waking during the night every hour pretty much, a feeling like the air im breathing isint getting to me chest tightness throat tightness breathing issues, stomach issues random muscle pains. The only way I could escape it and feel at least half normal was to be so busy I couldnt think about my symptoms, but then it would come back usually at night when theres not much going on. I spent thousands of dollars on private doctors and got every test under the sun done, and none of that helped me no matter what they said my phsical symptoms just kept coming back. Now I can say I feel pretty good about 90 percent of the time the symptoms sometimes come back but they are not as severe and go away usually after a few hours instead of days. These videos helped me so much at a time where the drs and hospitals treated me like I was a freakshow

I was watching some college football and just staring at the tv, no emotions just flat, this was maybe ten months into withdrawals. I made the mistake of seeing other people say they were back to normal in two months, six months etc. and thinking that should be me I should be okay by now, but everyone is different. I'm at a year and I have gotten much better. The fear that Mr. Cato speaks about is true, taking a shower, driving, going into a store, going to sleep at night, all these things will bring on fear, but I found out that those fears are just the lies that anxiety is using. As you get better you start to get stronger and see that time is your best friend in this battle and the longer you go means your overcoming the anxiety.

Thank you brother 🙏 my first panic attack changed my whole life in just a week. I had depression, addiction to cola zero (my whole life been drinkin 4 to 6 cans a day) , addiction to alcohol & addiction to sugar (chocolate, cookies and all the unhealthy shit). People don’t take withdrawal from caffeine or sugar seriously because they think it’s just caffeine or sugar. I had terrible panic attacks shortness of breath, shivering, crying, heart palpilations, and my heart was beating so hard i felt it through my whole body it was so scary when i felt those hard heartbeats because it made me feel like i am about to pass out because i’m so weak and feel a sudden shortage of oxygen. Those heart palpitations are the scariest. The biggest challenge is overcoming your fear and overcoming all the withdrawal symptoms. Praying for you guys thank you 🙏

Those early months though were scary cause I did not know what was happening to me but Cato made things clear and I believed that if I would quit caffeine I would get better. 6-9 months is when I began to feel great. I kept my work out routine going and I tend to manage my caffeine intake. I still love coffee and now when I have too much it makes me dizzy like an adverse effect. My body has adjusted to low doses of caffeine and I’m good with that . I’m still To quit coffee because I don’t get good sleep as a result and it gives me stomach issues. As far as anxiety it’s very minimal where I feel in control. It doesn’t bother me like before. The blurry vision faded, the head aches faded, the running thoughts came back in control, the dizziness left, the ringing in ears stopped, the aches and pains in my joints stopped as well. The depressed feelings like no enthusiasm to listen to music to do things left as well and I have alot of energy to wrk out , to speak to people, to enjoy life.

Wow this really spoke to me cato. It's like I'm hearing myself talk about what I went through and sometimes still go through.
I'm currently almost at month 2 which luckily seems to be where things are shifting a little. I had a small panic today when I saw some fire because I felt like I was in hell for a brief second. I attribute it to receiving a panic attack right when you have a triggering event. Or maybe the triggering event lets out some hidden anxiety.
Either way though your story is inspiring and I think more people need encouragement on this. God is good and is using this to teach me. I'm so glad to also see some comments from people who have made it out the other side.

Not true and imma break down what no one wants to hear, Most will not over come or get beyond their journey of Anxiety for one simple reason
    1) Medication: explain to me how avoiding has ever concluded in a person getting past something and I'll wait. first and foremost antidepressants and Benzodiazepines which are commonly used for anxiety is the most counterintuitive avenue you're ever take yet these people where tricked especially by psychiatrists who told them that they had a chemical imbalance which said hypothesis was created by Big Pharma as a means to sell more psyche meds in the 80's, towards the late 80's the medical community abandoned this hypothesis for good reason. What's sad is that people who take psyche meds (I'm going to link Benzodiazepines and Antidepressants as psyche meds to save time) believe that they need these meds, that these meds are their friends... What they don't realize is that whatever anxiety you had, these medications are known not only to just stop working whuch is why patients who hit tolerance have to either up their dosage or add another medication, but these medications actually worsen your baseline anxiety causing you to think that you need more of the drug it's the most heartless process. Here's the cherry on top, It's now known that low serotonin levels are not responsible for anxiety so people are taking medications which increase both
    Dopamine D1, D2, D3, D4, and D5
    And
    Serotonin:5-HT1, 5-HT2, 5-HT3, 5-HT4,5-HT5, 5-HT6, 5-HT7 neuro-sites for literally no scientific reasoning.
So people are literally taking medications which not only get in their own way, not only increases their symptoms while causing a host of other neurological symptoms as messing with neurotransmitters often harms your limbic system and nervous system both CNS and PNS, but worse there's no medical science anywhere in the medical literature which shows
    1) Improvement in patients
    2) Effectiveness
    3) safety
Patients do not improve long term, effectiveness has never been shown considering all patients have to increase their dosage or add more meds and to date there's never been a report showing safety beyond 3 months. This means that we have NO IDEA what could happen to you beyond 3 months... People bitched and complained about not having 10 years worth of research on the vaccine yet most of Them are taking medication classes which don't have more then 3 months worth of research lol
If you're on benzos you will go through a hell you didn't know was possible when it's time to get off.
If you're on a antidepressant your brain which shows signs of shrinkage may never recover and this is after a month of usage.
Single handedly the most dangerous drugs yet most of the world are on them. Because they came from your doctor or you haven't yet felt the side effects or my personal favourite "I don't abuse these medications so I'm in the clear" lol man people have no idea what they're taking it's so scary.
