      Saw another commenter talk about this: "the study the presenter references was a 2018 study from the Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh, U.K.on just 22 men. That's a single data point on an extremely small small sample. Scientifically, the study is as reliable as the tooth fairy."

    Yes, I have previously read the same small studies on pomegranate juice and its increasing testosterone effects of 24% ,( on average). The fact is you need to take a natural holistic approach approach to raising your testosterone levels rather than just one magic drink or food. That means incorporating weight training, HIIT, good quality protein/ healthy fats in your diet as well as getting good quality sleep ,decreasing stress and bodyfat. Pomegranate juice, ensuring your vitamin D,zinc and magnesium levels are in the optimal level by getting a blood test. You need to have discipline and consistency in the above in order to obtain high levels of natural testosterone.

    I tried it for a couple weeks along with a lot of the other foods. I noticed very subtle changes in my mood, especially after working out. The biggest thing that helped for me was sunlight tho.

    Only pomegranate juice alone can do raise testosterone levels, what about other fruits cant they be used too?

  • @7ebr830
    @7ebr830 Год назад +5

    There sure are a lot of "may"s in this video. Thing is, if a presenter says, "pomegranate may help boost testosterone levels", common sense suggests that pomegranate juice may *not* boost testosterone levels at all.
    I notice that no one in the comments section has returned to give a positive review; even more suspiciously, if this recommendation was as effective as the presenter tries to make out, common sense would suggest that _many_ commenters would have returned with positive, glowing results.
    By the way, the study the presenter references was a 2018 study from the Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh, U.K.on just 22 men. That's a single data point on an extremely small small sample. Scientifically, the study is as reliable as the tooth fairy.

      At the end of the day pomegranate juice is healthy for you and good for you. Also people like you need to stop searching for some magic “thing” that will magically increase ur testosterone. Testosterone levels fluctuate daily, what’s important is you just eat a balanced diet with whole foods sleep well and lift weights it’s not rocket science to stay healthy and functioning

      @@loco323fool4 Yes it does. You might notice it when waking up next morning. You just have to drink a glass every other day. I did that if I remembered. I stopped for 2 weeks, and drank a glass yesterday & woke ready this Saturday. So it works. But it does help if you stay away from sugar in your drinks, food, and snacks. That kills our testosterone & anything with Soy in it. So try it out, work out or exercise to keep the blood flowing and no sugary snacks or too much pastry’s & cookies.

    Pomegranate juice is full of fructose unbound to its natural fiber. This advice seems like a path to spiking one's insulin levels, which is a great way to increase cortisol and lower testosterone, ironically. Your body's endocrine system can't recognize the difference between fruit juice and sugar, from a metabolic perspective. Hard pass on this "advice."
