Static stretching is not the first thing you want to do in the morning. When you’re asleep your muscles are cold and pulling at them could be detrimental. Let’s ease into it with some dynamic mobility moves as demonstrated in this video. Follow your natural range of motion and take it nice and slow. Do each for 30-60 seconds. It’ll give you a boost of energy as well! Have a great day ☺️

правильно утренняя зарядка должна быть простой и без всяких рывков тогда гляди и утро будет добрым лучше мягкая зарядка с утра чем все мучения от которых болят суставы

Jeez I'm only 33 but I was clicking and clacking the whole time 😫. Clearly, I need to do this regularly. I feel way more energized and less stiff than usual. My back feels much better too!
