Day 1: it hurt like a good pain. My thighs were burning Day 2: it was burning still but it got kinda easier Day 3: it got easier but still burned Day 4: same as day 3 Day 5: it was easier but I’m not noticing any changes Day 6: Day 7: I don’t think it’s working for me bc most people said that they’ve seen changes by like the 4th or 5th day
It takes a week or even 2 to really start seeing and noticing a real difference. The key is to be consistent and do it at least 6 days per week and you will get results.

This help me so much cause I had thunders thighs but now I have skin legs it took a month 🎉🎉

Day 1: it hurt like a good pain. My thighs were burning
Day 2: it was burning still but it got kinda easier
Day 3: it got easier but still burned
Day 4: same as day 3
Day 5: it was easier but I’m not noticing any changes

I don’t think it’s working for me bc most people said that they’ve seen changes by like the 4th or 5th day
It takes a week or even 2 to really start seeing and noticing a real difference. The key is to be consistent and do it at least 6 days per week and you will get results.

я день:сделала 1 подход,завтра сделаю два,вроде легко
2 день:как и говорила,сделала 2 подхода.
ноги чуть-чуть болят
первый раз делала днем,а второй вечером.
3 день: сделала 2 подхода,ноги чуток болели после второго.
день 4: к концу второго подхода прям тяжело стало.
день 5:была температура,поэтому не делала(
день 6: сделаю 4 подхода!! первый уже готов
