    Hello! I'm going to do this exercise for 2 weeks, and I'll let you know if I see any results.

    GUYS THIS IS AN UPDATE SO I NOTICED THAT MY JEANS AROUND THE THIGH AREA IS LOOSE LIKEOMG AND IT WAS TIGHT BEFORE AND I CHANGED MY DIET AND STUFF AND I LOST AROUND 5KG I WAS 55KG AND NOW IM 49.6kg ITS A GOOD ONE AND I DID 2 OTHER WORKOUTS SO YEA BUT I THINK THIS WAS MOSTLY AFFECTIVE AND IM GONNA KEEP GOING TILL IM 43KG LOVE YALL I THINK IM GONNA CONTINUE WRITING HERE ITS LOVELY HAVING YOU GUYS GIVE ME CONFIDENCE ANYWAY THATS IT XOXO🐈‍⬛☀️!!.

    Im going to do this for two weeks.!I will you give my honest review..
    Im 16 and my thigh fat is 21 inch
    Day 1-just now started..
    Felt little pain in my thighs
    Day 2-completed but blood was clotted in my leg and hurting
    Day 3-felt pain but successfully completed
    Day 4- yeah did it..it hurts
    Day 5-did itttt...but bored
    Day 6-done 👍
    Day 7-yeah! Did it..☺
    1 week completed✅🎉
    Day 8- yayy!!did..
    Day 9-yepp!!did it..
    Day 10-done..
    Day 11-yess
    Day 12-hmmm done..

      The results of a workout is usually 1-2 months but without dieting probd around 2-3 months

    It gets easier to do every day btw :)

    Day 1: it hurt like a good pain. My thighs were burning
    Day 2: it was burning still but it got kinda easier
    Day 3: it got easier but still burned
    Day 4: same as day 3
    Day 5: it was easier but I’m not noticing any changes

    I don’t think it’s working for me bc most people said that they’ve seen changes by like the 4th or 5th day

      It takes a week or even 2 to really start seeing and noticing a real difference. The key is to be consistent and do it at least 6 days per week and you will get results.

    я день:сделала 1 подход,завтра сделаю два,вроде легко
    2 день:как и говорила,сделала 2 подхода.
    ноги чуть-чуть болят
    первый раз делала днем,а второй вечером.
    3 день: сделала 2 подхода,ноги чуток болели после второго.
    день 4: к концу второго подхода прям тяжело стало.
    день 5:была температура,поэтому не делала(
    день 6: сделаю 4 подхода!! первый уже готов
