Love your video! I agree, in most Westerns countries it's totally possible to lessen the amount of meat you eat or be vegan. It's affordable, the portion is abundant and it helps with the environment, health, etc. I do get not everyone can do it but MOST people in these countries can they just choose not to.
Absolutely! Every meal counts when it comes to protecting the environment and biodiversity, and causing less suffering to humans and non-human animals. And it doesn’t require any privilege to do so at all!
Thanks for the rice salsa idea, since I didn't have the beans or tortillas I just made the rice salsa but added chopped garlic, red onion and cucumber and it was amazing.
Looks absolutely delicious! Can’t wait to make this. Also, I think if people are weary of not affording being entirely vegan they can definitely slowly incorporate plant based foods or being vegetarian if they can’t go fully vegan which I think you briefly mentioned in your previous video. But you’d be surprised meat actually costs more, well at least that’s what I’ve seen in my supermarkets and it’s way cheaper to go for veggies! I guess it only gets super expensive when you’re looking for specific things like vital wheat flour or nutritional yeast (I’m sure there’s more) but other than that hope more people give it a try. Great video keep it up! 👏🏽🌯
That is absolutely true. Meat and animal products in general are more expensive than plant foods. Of course things like nuts and seeds can be pricey but you don’t need to eat those “health foods” really if you stick to whole foods. Of course, eating vegetarian is an ethical option when vegan options aren’t available. It’s really strange how people see “plant based diets” haha. I hope i dismantled it in this video 😃🌯
Looking good! Just a tip, instead of canned beans, use dried beans. I don't think there is much of a price difference, but you do need to prepare them a day before (1 night of soaking) and cooking them for an hour before using. They are much more nutritious. And wash them with baking soda, to not get so much gas.
I love watching vegan cooking vids even though I’m personally not. I’m actively looking for good ways to eat less meat, but even more I appreciate that what you’re doing is essentially problem solving where the solution is to make something delicious. It’s an important issue, and if a solution is a burrito I think we can appreciate the processes!
Another amazing recipe Jun that looks delicious yet so easy to follow. That "Salsa" rice is so unique , I can't wait to try it. Going to add maybe a meat mince made from Tofu or Gardein. Love you and your videos, I'm a big fan.

Good burrito recipe, but the climate has been changing since the beginning of time. After this generation is gone, the climate will still be changing. What is more concerning is government control of weather!
True, the climate had already begun rising before the ice age but it’s undeniable that it’s been dramatically rising because of human causes since the industrial revolution so i agree with the governments’ responsibility, and we also need to put in the efforts in terms of many aspects of life :) thx

This is exactly what I ate the majority of the time that I was jobless and using food stamps.
