Just had them they were fantastic easy to make look great and taste delicious. The whole family enjoyed them. We have just started to have two to three vegetarian meals a week and these will be a regular recipe.

Hi! The leaves are spinach leaves, but you can use lettuce if you want. It will taste good too. Sour cream is not hung curd. I am not sure why the subtitles dropped mid-way, I think RUclips is having some errors. BUT, if you click under the video, all the ingredients are listed there.
