  • Butter Chicken (murgh makhani) and consequently Butter Paneer are some of the most iconic dishes of North Indian. Sopposively invented in 1947 by Kundan Lal Gujral who opened the Moti Mahal restaurant in Delhi, a restaurant I visited a couple of years back which seems to have lost its former glory. Nethetherless, this is a fantastic dish with a special technique I decided to make it even more super tasty.
    To change the recipe to butter chicken, simply add chunks of raw chicken breast 5 minutes into cooking the onions.

    A classic that stood the test of time. Shahi Paneer is also another classic worth trying.

    Looks so devine. I hope your channel gets so large. I do like the white one for contrast but the clay is more traditional. I would say the white showcases color and the clay gives a rustic feel. It depends on what image you want to send. I have been watching you for two years.. I love your vids so much. Delicious, simple and nutritious. I could see you having a network channel you are amazing Steven.

    I used this recipe with some premade chicken tikka. Fabulous. The new tip was blitzing the sauce

      @StevenHeapRecipes  Месяц назад

      Yes, blitzing really increased flavour (more surface area

    I keep meaning to try paneer in a curry but never seem to get past lamb or chicken.(beef is on my “must try” list too)
    Your blended sauce looks delicious and a perfect match for the paneer.
    Hope the competition tomorrow goes well👍🏻

    Fair play mate , you come across well , dish looks great and excellent instructions. As for the bowls ....the chef in me says the white , but I do love a clay bowl 🥣 😂😂
