I've been here from very near the start of the channel, unbelievable how quickly the years have gone by.it's irksome to me that other youtubers that don't have as much experience / in depth knowledge have more subscribers. Typical !! As i said, way back when, when you had less than 2 thousand, i think ... just keep up the great work . Well done, lad, for quality vlogs and lovely food, etc. Long may you continue. ❤🎉🎉🎉

fascinating, really interesting for me as I have anglo indian roots and am starting to appreciate the ability that other cultures have at extracting the most amazing flavours from any food using the right cooking techniques.
Learning to cook in general and especially indian food has help me recover from a bad case of anxiety and ocd, and im 55!
In brighton we lucky to have some good multi cultural food shops and I love to chat to everyone there about food. It breaks down barriers and builds confidence.
Ive recently started to cook meals for a family where one of the adults is suffering from ms. Its just for a token amount but they are loving the curries so worth a fortune in confidence building. Im already a fan of your channel and approach. Thanks a lot.
