Nice to see you back! This looks really tasty but there's so many nutrients in all these ingredients too!

Very healthy and tasty. I don't miss junk food at all. If I can an urge I now eats prunes, dried cranberries and a few cashews.

First off, I loved the video. In the beginning I was skeptical when you said it has coconut flavor but I love anything coconut so I watched the video. What you did here is far off from traditional palak paneer (my only gripe about this video). As I kept going I loved that you used your experience with cooking, knowledge about nutrition, spices etc and made your own recipe. That is the point of cooking food for your family, getting all the nutrients while making hearty meals like this. Looking forward to more videos from you.

Great recipe, Steve, frozen spinach is very economical compared to fresh.

Definitely. £1.49 for 1/3 of a cup once it's wilted and 1.29 for 600g frozen with probs 100ml of water. Great deal 👌

That’s a bold claim. You have to first demonstrate it can even enter the bloodstream before saying it does that.
Alt-health does like to make a lot of absurd claims.
