- BUTTER CHICKEN
½ kilo chicken breast fillet, sliced
2 tbsps. butter
1 white onions, chopped
1 tbsps. minced garlic
1 tbsps. minced ginger
1 tsp. cumin powder
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tsps. garam masala
1 tsp. turmeric powder
2 cinnamon sticks
2-3 tbsps. tomato paste
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup chopped cilantro (wansuy)
Salt, pepper, sugar, to taste
Top with more butter
2 cups basmati rice
3 cups water

Wow chef RV, that's my favourite, nawindang ako sa butter chicken jan sa pinas ng e-served sa'kin sa isang restaurant ay fried chicken na pinirito sa butter. Ito ang real buttered chicken. Love it! 😋😋😋
Basta chicken recipes mo chef ang sarap sarap talaga, (well lahat naman na recipes mo perfect). Even if it is international cuisine you tweak it na hindi masyado overpowering and malasa talaga. I followed your peri peri and 40 cloves garlic super sarap both, and i recommended it too sa brother ko. Thanks chef rv, will try this too..
