I like to use lots of ginger in my curry, saute chicken in the spices, brown the potatoes separately, and top the curry until done. I will be adding the dash of "suka" here forward to prevent spoiling. My stepmother told me that food cooked with vinegar do not spoil. She neglected to advise to add a dash to everything to avoid spoilage. Learned that from your kare-kare video.😊

But, I can't help but notice your luscious plants behind you. They don't just help with the aesthetics but they also lighten up the room and make it pleasant to work in. Nakakatulong din yang humidity ng kitchen mo para sa kalusugan ng mga halaman mo. They all look healthy and well-looked after. At the same time, beneficial din sila sa health mo kasi they 'suck in' unwanted air particles na nakakasama sa tao cumulatively. Love it, Chef. You inspire me.
I always do this flat bread...mine will be 2cups flour, 1tbs baking powder, 1tsp salt, 1cup yougurt, daming yougurt dito sa place namin...mix mix lang tulad ng gawa mo...then i have this non stick dosa tawa..dun ko cy pinaiinitan...and magluto me ng masala chicken👍
Masarap yan chef pag spicy talaga.. Tapos garnish mo siya ng mint leaves.. With cream and melted cheese to counter act the spicyness of the curry.. Try niyo rin minsan curry paste..

Hi Chef, just now sumabay po ako sa luto nyo, this is my second time try to cook Chicken curry from last Christmas season. Mejo nagulat ako kc meron po kayong mushroom at flat bread. But anyway it happened i have a stock of mushroom kaya isinama q na. What differs is that nasangkutya nyo lahat ng ingredients so un pala ang proper toss everything together and the rest to be followed. Thank you Chef on my third try, this will be my procedure na, coz my kids loves curry taste too. God bless po🙏❤️
