Masyadong matigas if Rice flour lang and magiging parang cassava cake naman if puro glutinous. Nag trial and error na rin ako ng recipes and for me eto yung perfect combinations. 1 cup glutinous rice flour + 3tbsp ½ cup ng + 3tbsp rice flour ½ All purpose flour 1 cup fresh milk 1 cup water 3 eggs 2 tbsp baking powder. ¾ cup white sugar or less depende sa tamis I've used baking tin. 18-20 pcs. Super sarap ng kinalabasan. Medyo makunat siya dahil sa glutinous rice flour pero fluffy dahil sa rice flour at APF. So super sakto lang like bibingkinitan na natikman ko. 😊

I doubled 5 times your recipe and only added 1 lbs shredded cheese, and i add extra 1 cup sugar and 2 tsp vanilla Use 3/4 cup on each mold and bake 450 F for 30 minutes. Oh my the bibingka is delicious the combination of the salt egg and very soft and moist. Thank you so very much for sharing your recipe❤. Already subscribed to your channel

I doubled 5 times your recipe and only added 1 lbs shredded cheese, and i add extra 1 cup sugar and 2 tsp vanilla
Use 3/4 cup on each mold and bake 450 F for 30 minutes.
Oh my the bibingka is delicious the combination of the salt egg and very soft and moist.
