Frank is a real cool guy.
A brilliant Anthrax song is Pieces, which is sung by Frank about his brother.
Frank seems like such a sincere real person.Great interview!
I've been a fan of Anthrax since 1987.
I'm definitely getting his book.
Frank Bello is one of the most charismatic bass player's ever. Man I can relate to becoming a dad stories lol I've got four kids watched all of them being born. What a great podcast thank you Robb and thank you Frank fuckin Bello 🤟🤟🤟🤟🤟🤟🤟
Frankie Bello has been one of my biggest heroes since 1989 when I was 14 years young. He seems like such a quality human being. And his stage presence is second to none. Such a massive fan. #respect \../
I've met Robb once, as well as the band, so I already knew this, but, it's always nice to see that people that you've admired for years, in my case decades, are still super down to earth, humble dudes who are worried about being good dads. I've met musicians that were the opposite, and it was terribly disappointing
I had a smile on my face all the way through this one!!! 😄😄😄
Frank is a very nice guy, great heart and courage to share his life to open people's mind to a better place
Another fantastic show and interview. Enjoyed that a lot. Frank is such a likeable dude and the interview was handled great by Robb. Awesome!
Love Franks honesty and heart. Robb great show.
That was such an emotional yet powerful thing to watch. Frank is a hero of mine and to hear the anguish and pain associated with his past has increased my respect and admiration thousandfold. 🤘🤘
Frankie is super likeable! Met him in 2003 after concert. He was totally cool and talked to me like a friend.
Frank and Robb are amazing - love the concept of metal and the human spirit being the best cure - I could not agree more! GOD BLESS THE METAL!!!!
The new music is amazing!! 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻
🔥 Need an Anthrax and Machine Head tour!!!
Had to watch it again. Frank is a class act. I related big time to the start of the chat.
He should have asked Frank how does he feel about working with Ellfeson for Altitudes and Attitudes, given that is a bit of a sticky situation now.
'sticky situation' LOL!!!
i was listening to the livestream in the background and i swear they were talking about it. i think it's edited out
Sticky lol
Frank doesn't make it his business, and neither should anyone else who isn't involved. I swear, people who try and make that topic their business fantasize about beating themselves to a barely legal woman.
Frank's always a great guest and a great story teller but this went to another level. Some really deep stuff but the man is always positive. Really great listen, keep up the good work!
Thanks for such great conversation Rob. And Frank, it’s awesome to hear humanitarian and realistic thinking 💭
Keep up the awesome shows Rob 🤘🤘x
Frank you a hero! You too Robb! Frank is just such a humanitarian!
Killer 🤘🏻 Been a year and half of watching these every week. Amazing job with this Robb. I feel like we all have got to know you a bit better through these interviews. I also love the sheer diversity of guests from Corpsegrinder to Jose to Lars Frederiksen to Ice T.
frank seems to be a real person.thats so kool.
Frank Bello is one of the baddest bassists in metal. And his voice is great!! A huge inspiration, FR. I wish they'd spoken more about the last anthrax albums though
Glad Robb caught that "Mr Mom" thing, it had me raise an eyebrow! xD
This is so cool. You are really killing it and probably have the best Metal/music podcast out here! 🤘🤘 The one with Arhue was very close to me due to The Burning Red being such an important album in my life and being able to personally relate to a lot of the issues in it you go into. Keep up the great work, Robb!
This is gold, I thank you both of you.🤘🤝👌👂👂
Great episode, totally entertaining. I connected to many things you were telling. Heavy blows, family stuff, power of women, kids, music... That was an honest and really enjoyable conversation between men.
Would be a great live package - Machine Head and Anthrax. Blackening the Living tour.
Thanks guys, was great to hear your dad stories!
I was so excited to see this and then it happened ! I hope you and your kids live long lives of happiness! Good luck you can't undo it
Those numbers are the result of All your Hard Work throughout the pandemic and your ability to always adapt to the times ( Technology). Great Job, Robb!!!
Great to see Frank on here.
Listening in Ireland absolutely awesome love the interviews. Oh BTW the new Machine head stuff is crushing holy fuck Become the firestorm is a monster can't wait to hear it live
Robb you are killing it with the podcast and the new music is sick!!!
I wonder if these guys know that, though it may not be as crazy as touring, us full time factory working parents are gone for huge portions of time every week. This pandemic has also been a blessing for my wife and I to do more thing with the babies and grandbabies. We have been able to experience our daughter's lives way more than we did before. We have been back to work for months now though, so, it was cool while it lasted.
You need to do a Frank Bello part 2
another rad pod Robb.....great covo
I've always HATED shaking hands with people. I was on board with the el-bump from day 1 ... I love it
Same here. Plus, the fist bump looks and is cooler 😂 it amazes me how so many people still want to touch hands. I don't give into the total paranoia of this pandemic but you still have to be careful out here.
Hello from Windsor,Ontario,Canada across from Detroit Rock City. I’ve seen Anthrax & Machine Head at “Harpos” many times 🤘
bello yes!!! i dont wanna break anymore tvs!
Great interview. The older they get, him and Charlie look so much alike!
Good stuff guys nice to see the real dudes
Man, i love a love a crazy legs interview,he's got good crack.Cheers Robb.
Great episode Frank rules! As well as you Robb enjoyed it 🤘🏻MachineFuckingHead🤘🏻
this was dope
Finally a great story
Any chance of seeing The More Things Change pressed it’s the only one I need!! 🤟
More more of this🤟🏻🤟🏻🤟🏻🤟🏻👏👏👏👏👏🇨🇦🇨🇦
The new songs are soooo good. F*ck the haters. Arrows is such a great song. I love the melody and songwriting (dat chrous and guitar 🎸 solo tho! 🤘🤘🔥🔥🔥). You are doing some really special things Robb and your entertainment definitely helps out with the weirdness of the world and society today.
Arrows is the best metal song I've heard in years!!! Fuckin Awesome
You are a good man Robb
Wow seems like it was yesterday I saw them in SLAYER FINAL TOUR in Orlando
That wait for vinyl is crazy, but that's for a big band like Machine Head. Smaller/local bands are now being told ~12 months from most US plants
The Richard Lewis of metal.
Frank and Flynn both look good, must be the superfoods and anti inflamartories. Iol I take them too..lol I'm 48, a little behind u but not much..l0l
One kid is too much to leave behind! If you're dad and you don't take care of your kids ! No matter how much you think you can't stand your ex! Your kid is still there!
Yr the metal man
After hearing about his bullying situation, as a kid it is no wonder Frank had no tolerance for Dan Nelson's bullying behavior.
what happened between Bello and Nelson?
OMG ..... I'm a smart dude, but, my kids have been bringing me crazy ass confusing fucking homework since 7th grade ..... fucking hell, you'd think I dropped out in 2nd grade
One kid is too much
Can you have Jeff Becerra please? Greetings from France!!!
The regretters maybe?
I definitely have a heart for homeless people but not the one that are drug addicts and do not give a damn this comes from an ex addict
Thank god he was never called to fight for the country.
Loving all the vaxx stuff at the beginning. 2 really smart dudes who understand the science. Wife and I have been debating about our youngest getting it, but, she just turned 18, so it's her choice. I push it. Vaccines work
No one knows the side effects of this for the future especially with Bill Gates has his hands behind it. Look up agenda 21.
he's acting like someone put up his picture in the lobby of the apartment complex he lives in and does the hello kiss.....did my man suggest that he does not want to shake hands because boogers might be on them?
Ya know robb says he doesn't smoke weed but look at his eyes man. Hahaha!
I don’t think he smokes weed anymore now. He spoke a couple of times about the fact that it makes him paranoid and he doesn’t like it.
But I could be wrong.
@@Grimeyhoob That sounds right and I'm the same way. I enjoy a little grass here and there if it's at night time and I'm alone or with someone I'm comfortable with but no day time toking around people I don't know well for me. I'm already kinda paranoid sober so when I'm stoned it goes into overdrive! 😂
@@joshuayettou3552 yeah I get a bit paranoid and if I’m upset about something then the weed makes it worse. And the munchies - fuck the munchies. I eat the entire fridge empty if I smoke that shit
Well maybe y'all are smoking too much. I don't get how people freak out. Just remind yourself you are just high and try breathing. I was scared the first time i smoked and got over it. Same with drinking. Y'all sound like you need to kill your ego. Maybe some meditation.
@@michaeldrummond6793 it’s not ego at all dude, stop judging. Different people react in different ways to the same substance because their bodies and physiological characteristics are different. Just because you don’t suffer from something doesn’t mean others don’t as well. Try having a bit of respect for others.
Another podcast added to the NO watch list
Bullshit buying people CDs and vinyl
How does this queen feel about someone taking a dump upon his face? Is he OK with that during these germ ridden times?
