Doc thank you for your exercises esp. on the Piriformis Syndrome. I couldn’t walk bec. of the terrible pain on my right hip down to the right leg. I followed your exercises and now its like magic. I am back to my normal walking !!!!! I thought I will never walk normally. Now every morning I religiously do your exercises for seniors and I feel good after doing them. Thank you very much .

Doc thank you for your exercises esp. on the Piriformis Syndrome. I couldn’t walk bec. of the terrible pain on my right hip down to the right leg. I followed your exercises and now its like magic. I am back to my normal walking !!!!! I thought I will never walk normally.
