I m 69 yrs old from Pakistan .I have osteoporosis problem specifically with my knees I already take exercise for my knees ie stretching my legs forward n bringing my toe towards my leg for a count of 7 or8 I do it for 5 minutes one by one for my each leg I feel quite relaxed I feel reserved for exercises told by u bcz I feel some movements may not harm my any foot or leg bone Plz guide me wat to do while I m keen to take the exercises demonstrated by u waiting for ur reply

I find this video very interesting. I am 66 y.o and live a sedentary life style. I like your enthusiasm and I am hoping I will follow your workout. I took a look at what other videos you have and there are at least a half a dozen that I would benefit from. I suffer with multiple ailments. I won't say much more now other than I am a real mess. Thank you for your videos. Also I wanted to say, how adorable you are. I am very impressed that you targeted seniors as well.

What they don't realize is with age comes wisdom and experience. Thank you again for helping us out. Some of us are on fixed incomes and cannot afford to go to a gym. Or just plain hard to get out.😊
