I know loads of people with lots of g*ns who haven’t k*11ed anyone and I’ve witnessed people make that same gesture, and nothing come from it. Hell, I’ve been a recipient of that gesture from a loved one nonetheless but I assumed they were kidding. Thank Goodness I was right! If my husband made that gesture towards me today, I wouldn’t put any stock in it. Not even after knowing this story...

You clearly know NOTHING about the justice system. He's out on bond because he has no criminal history, not a flight risk and innocent till proven guilty. It does not operate on your feelings.

I’m so tired of the “no criminal history” reason to give people bail. People snap at any age. Crime life can start anytime. With murders and other physically violent crimes there’s no logical reason to give bail. It’s playing Russian roulette with the community.

However, the neighbor said she heard a man scream, “Don’t shoot me.” I assumed it was the wife who screamed this, so I went back a couple of times and the neighbor said it was a man. Of course, the “man” could have been the adult son. More to be revealed. There are often financial issues in domestic violence cases.
