    As always, I love your inspiration and positivity. Don't let trolls get you down. Most people don't realize how much work we trainers have to put into creating our workouts (let alone the overhead with dues, recertification, insurance, CECs, supplies, etc.)...so charging a little for your workouts is perfectly acceptable. 🥰

      Oh ya people leaving your workout to me is awesome. Tells me I'm doing my job. I like training really hard, I want people to know that my classes are advanced and I want it to attract advanced people. Your doing great girl. Be proud!

    • @sarahlynnisfunny
      @sarahlynnisfunny 4 года назад

      I disagree. You failed to engage and appeal to everyone. Try to figure out why that person left and see how you can improve. If they leave before the main workout they didn’t get a lot out of it and if that’s your philosophy you will miss a lot of potential clients.

    • @axfit
      @axfit  4 года назад +1

      @@sarahlynnisfunny my classes aren't designed for the masses, it's not for everyone. You cant truely train all extreme levels of fitness safely in a group setting. Axfit is built for advanced athletic people who are looking for that extra push. If people walk out because it's too hard than that's them saying it's not for them. There's a tone of beginner friendly classes and weight-loss classes. That's not what I train and the crew that has been with me for 4-6-8 yrs is thankful for that and the new extreme people that walk in are too. If I made it easy..or regular so that everyone was happy I'd lose a tone of people too. I train extreme, if people can't handle it then they don't belong there. I don't want to train "everyone" so for me this works. Each trainer has different way about this and that's the rest part about our job we can choose our style and demographic. Pretty cool right!!

    Telling people to puke while working out is also a horrible approach. Yiiiikes. Going too hard is dangerous and not beneficial. I suggest you reel it in

    • @axfit
      @axfit  4 года назад +2

      Haha we sound like opposite style trainers that's all. I understand your approach just not how I train. I don't reel it in ever...not my style at all. My cliental comes to me because they like how I train, they want to puke, they want someone who's going to train them to their limit and beyond. That's how I love to train and it's worked for me for over 12 years. It's great to find your style and what works for us as trainer and makes us happy. Keep doing it how you do girl. You sound like you know what you like too. 😊

    • @sarahlynnisfunny
      @sarahlynnisfunny 4 года назад

      AXFIT.COM making people puke is horrible. I can’t believe you would brag about that. You’re the type of person that causes people to get injuries, develop fitness obsessions, go overboard, not honor their bodies, and ultimately get more harm than benefit from their fitness program. This really shows the state of the fitness industry. People like you are why I developed an extreme exercise addiction years ago and suffered gravely. Because I thought you just keep going, you don’t stop, you don’t honor your limits, you should get sick and cry from exercise. I can’t even begin to describe how freaked up this approach is. You are giving people an extremely unhealthy view of exercise which can manifest as obsession, pain, and suffering. This makes my heart sink so so bad. I really hope you can learn to be a more well rounded trainer whose approach isn’t to kill their clients. I’m sure your business will die once people realize you don’t have their LONG TERM health in mind. It’s a great shame. You should have your certifications taken away for talking like this.

      I'm not discounting your past negative experiences with trainers who may seem to go overboard with the drill sergeant approach. But based on watcing the video, it seems to me that the people in Danielle's class seem to be enjoying the workout while being pushed more than they would have on their own. It also appears to me that she has a well balanced approach, personality and relationship with her clients that they "get it". And they apparently do go back to her sessions so they must be OK with her approach. So I think your harsh criticisms may be filtered (unfairly) through your past negative experiences. It seemed she tried to respectfully agree to disagree and you just slammed her without ever taking her class (I assume). Sorry, Just saying. I wish you both all the best in your training and health. ✌🏼

      You understand me and my style. I'm all about love and sharing positive light always. You are right my crew lives to be pushed.. and I'm also a big jockster and they know that and of say 99.9% of my following on here knows that too. 🥰 I always want what's best for my crew I love them dearly.

      Love ya right back! Haha I teach and coach at the middle school level and I have used some of your full gym activities for idea starters for our classes, especially when class size and space are issues. You seem like a genuinely great person who has the best interests of your crew in mind ( you even had hand written positive messages on the workout slips). I always thought you had a great approach and I just felt the need to express my opinion. Hoping the current pandemic situation doesn't hurt you too much on the business (or personal) end of things. I'm sure it's not easy. Stay safe and stay healthy in these crazy times! ✌🏼&❤️
